No, it's illegal to use the wording "laser discs" for cd-roms.

If you make a micrasynchrous satellite you usually want it above your country or how close it can get - yours is 80 degrees west of where Presburn lies. I would consider changing the position to 80E.

A geostationary satellite's angle relative to the equator is 0.
