Question
Can I ask a question here? How long is one Micrasday in hours, in minutes and in seconds(like 1 earthday = 24h = 1440min = 86440s)? I am making a calendersystem for Micras.

Actually, I think we agreed on a system similar to Earth's. That means 1 day = 24 hours, and the year is also the same.
In the past, some people tried to make it look different, but it didn't really catch on. A year consisting of 556 days of 28 hours each was just too hard to make calculations based on it

I follow this: 555.9996 Micras Days. That mains 28 hours a day, is it?

As I said: these 556-days-a-year based calculations proved to be ineffective and we are using 365.25 days a year now, each day consisting of 24 hours; to make it clear: Micras is a near-perfect copy of Earth, and so are its year and day.

Ah, but as Micras is larger than Earth (since the pixel was changed to 12km), wouldn't it rotate more slowly as it's heavier?

Well in Mercury, we use the 28 hour day, but it's scaled so that 28 Micras hours = 24 Earth hours

Oh well, I didn't remember these regulations. Nevertheless, Earth is quite a heavy planet - we don't have to maintain its density. Anyway I don't have any idea how to explain it, because I don't want to deprive Micras of earthly magnetic field, which is caused by who knows what - it might be because we have a big clump of iron and gold in Earth's centre, and these ARE heavy :s

Jupiter rotates every 10 hours. They think the Earth used to rotate faster, but the Moon has been slowing it down. Micras's moon is larger than Earth's, but Micras might've started faster, so it just so happens to have slowed down to being roughly 24 hours. Yup, momentum is the key to understanding the physics of revolutions. (Oh well, did I just say something that also applies to upheavals?)
But what I want to say, with new dimensions, Micras should weigh only about 16% more than Earth to maintain moreless the same gravity. Being of the same density, it would weigh 25% more. That means Micras would have to be about 7% less dense.

Sure - but I don't know if Micras would sustain Earth-like strong magnetic field then That was my point.

Eh, the magnetic field relies on it being hot and churning more than anything, doesn't it? A minor decrease in heavy metals shouldn't do anything except shave a billion years off of the planet's total active geological lifetime.
