Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
It would be nice of Vilhelm to step in about now and say what's happening. I can 24 hour Din Arran about now, but would like to settle this issue first.
If Vilhelm is unable to post, Din, you could perhaps take a screen shot of your PM to him. Hide any details you feel is essential. But do keep the part about you sending the aircrafts to Skoitomashu. Hopefully the time of the PM will be available somewhere on the same screen.
We can then figure out what possibilities could happen, given our situation and move on from there.

Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
I was always of the opinion you *can't* 24 hour someone if they're disputing your action (that counts as responding) ... but you're giving him (and the judges) a chance to respond to that anyway, so I'm sure you won't 24 hour him ...

That was his PM.15 stealth planes head for x...
The rest of the stealth planes are to move towards skoitomashu.

Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
When was it? While I didn't doubt his move, I was/am curious about the time it was sent so that we can decide on the damages accordingly. Also, considering Skoitomashu had been under attack, I am wondering if some planes got damaged there (though he joined around then). And since Skoitomashu's airfield / runways were destroyed, I am wondering if its at all possible for those planes to even land there.
A side note:
Din, as we said in the units thread in the War Prep forum, your aircrafts are not stealth. You valued them at 600, while stealth fighters come at 1200 and basic fighters at 500. So, we can say that your fighters are better than an average fighter but not stealthy at all.

Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
Ok. so prior to my attack on carrier, but after the attack on Skoitomashu. Hmmm... since no one replied for the damages, I had given out the damages at Skoitomashu and this post detailing the damages was after the PM was sent to judge. But the attack itself was carried out prior to it.
So, the following options are available:
1. The aircrafts that were headed to Skoitomashu try to land on damaged runways and try to use the damaged airport. Say, 50% destroyed runways and 20% destroyed airport.
2. The aircrafts return back to carrier, or fly to a non-damaged airfield.
Either ways, the carrier gets struck with 8 torpedoes. Or what I mean is that the carrier is being attacked irregardless of the whereabouts of the aircrafts.
Now, I realize that F-35s can VSTOL. So, I suppose we can get them to practically land at even damaged airports. But the performance or range of these aircrafts would be reduced if they are armed to the maximum allowed weight. Mostly because when that's the case, the aircrafts require a proper runway length to take off from. Using VSTOL characteristics is heavy on the fuel and engine, thereby reducing the range. I'll leave that to judges. In any case, I don't think its going to matter since I am leaving the area anyway.

if it was problematic and he needed to land im sure his aircraft would be able to just jettison their weapons and reach vtol acceptable weights.

No, stealth BOMBERS would be 1200. Stealth fighters would be 600. Relative increase in points. Unless you're saying a Stealth fighter is two and a half times as good as a standard one?extreme007 wrote:When was it? No, actually, stealth fighters are 1200. Well, that's what mine are, so that better be right... stealth bombers are 1500.

Checked. Stealth Plane is 1200. I personally took that as a Stealth Fighter/Bomber but it was never specified in the charter ...

Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
It was there referring to any plane which was a stealth plane, fighter or bomber. Stealth gives a very huge advantage unless you fill somewhere with a large amount of radars all on the lookout in which case stealth planes can be spotted...but only just.

Re: Complaints/Judicial Appeals
Ok. I have waited for far too long now. Could Din or the judges please post what damages Din's aircrafts got, where they went etc... ?
The timeline:
I hit the airports of the major cities (Rielrar, Dakinai city, another d- city, skoitomashu, and port jookoo)
Din PMs Vilhelm saying his aircrafts are moving to place X and Skoitomashu.
I launch a torpedo attack on Din's carrier.
I'd like to know if the aircrafts returned back to the carrier or were in Skoitomashu or somewhere else. All the damaged airport cities are within range. Some of the undamaged ones are also within range (near the NW).
It will be nice of either three of you to post this in the next six to eight hours or so. After that, I'll get some time to post my moves. Hopefully one of you has given the damages. If not, then I shall give it (which would be carrier sunk, and 5 to 10 aircrafts with it. Story being: all the ones heading to Skoitomashu turned back, 5 to 10 landed, torpedoes struck, carrier goes down, the rest of them returned back to Skoitomashu or other airports).
