actually a satellite will pick up a submarine based ICBM launch. The point of aub launches is that the enemy wont know where the launch point is until the missile is in the air and you decrease the range/distance/travel time so the enemy has less time to react (plan being (in real life) to knock out their known Missile sites so they can't launch their nukes at you)extreme007 wrote:Just so you know, satellites can't detect me firing my missiles at you from my submarine. That's the whole point of ICBMs on submarines. You could go anywhere and launch it without getting detected right away. Plus, firing ICBMs and firing cruise missiles is totally different things.Meh, we would have been using satellite not radar so it doesn't matter.
Though I could be wrong on this. Feel free to correct me anyone.
remeber that during the cold war interceptor missiles were a joke so you had to take out the missiles before launch ie on the pad or shoot down the bomber/ship carrying them. you use a sub because often they are almost impossible to find. remember that an Ohio missile sub is said to "put a hole in the ocean"

Request to question most secret moves that he's made.
you all have seen the ungodly amount of missiles, rockets, bombs, etc. Extreme's launched at various tokian and novan cities. Since he certainly doesn't have hundreds of missiles, rockets, whatever stashed on each sub, he would have to be getting them via supply convoy. Judging by the amount of crap he's shot off, this supply train would have to be enormous. we could easily find him by tracing the ships that are giving him his hundreds of missiles. If he's shooting off 40 missiles per sub per volley, yet each sub has to hold crew, torpedo defense, torpedo offense, missile racks, torpedo racks, mine racks, mine deployers, generators, missile launchers, engines, living areas, etc, then I doubt each one could hold as many missiles as he's been shooting. See what I'm getting at?
And on an irrelevant note, but one i believe may be significant, how is he getting the funds to buy all these weapons? And if he is buying them with <mysterious funds>, where is he getting them from? If he's getting them from a nation, tracking his funds should be easy, and that would pin him as allied to a specific nation. If he's not getting them from a nation, then from a private contractor who has no political ties, who just happens to have enough armaments to level several cities, yet nobody has noticed or done anything to warn against (seeing as those armaments could be used against your city). By his own accounts, he is a merc, so has no nation of his own to financially back him.
This just isn't making much sense the more i think about it.

I don't know why I am even bothering to reply to this.. but oh well.
My other two ships that are currently engaged in battle with Demon are similar to the type Demon has himself. And while I have used some missiles, they have only been limited to the numbers I got. And that has been informed to Demon explicitly saying "i am out of missiles"
how do you fuel the ships that are going all the way to Jasonia to fuel your warships? how do you fuel the ships that are going all the way to Jasonia to deliver the food? do you have soo much fuel?
According to some report I read recently, the modern ground unit (not sure the size) requires as much fuel as the entire US Army used during the WW2. Do you have that much fuel mined and produced (into petroleum form) to give your units a chance to fight in Jasonia?
At least I am saying every now and then that my units are getting resupplied. I fail to see you or someone else on your side saying that.
My submarine fired 40 missiles and 8 torpedoes. That's standard load of a submarine of that class. It fired it, and then disappeared to some place safe where it was re-armed. You wouldn't know where this place is cause that's the secret move I did. It could be near Novatainia, near Toketi, or some place on the other side of the world for all you know!you all have seen the ungodly amount of missiles, rockets, bombs, etc. Extreme's launched at various tokian and novan cities. The same irrelevant note can be used against just about every player in this battle. If you are going to question all of this for my unit, I might as well ask you how you and other Tokians and Novatainians have been able to fight in Jasonia when I could have easily destroyed any supply ships that go to Jasonia from Toketi/Novatainia ? A destroyer, for instance, can't go more than 2000 kms without needing to refuel. That's hardly the distance between Port of Sails and the other Toketi place (chelkra whatever). That's fuel. Now, you got what hundreds of troops (if not thousands), how do you feed them? how do your provide them with clean drinking water? how do you bunk them? how do you send them mail? how do you send them refrigerated food? And on an irrelevant note, but one i believe may be significant, how is he getting the funds to buy all these weapons? That's funny. The rest of your post doesn't even make an attempt at trying to suggest why my secret moves are questionable ! Hell, the rest of your posts have nothing to do with my secret moves.Request to question most secret moves that he's made.

Re: extreme007
I think you're missing the funds point. Nelaga is a Novatainian island. We can produce food there to feed ourselves. We shouldn't need huge supply trains from our country because it is our country. If you're really worried, we can send stuff up from Myzoria, which you're not anywhere near. As for funds, Novatainia and Toketi are both quite large nations, who can afford to run full armies. I think Longbow's saying 'you are just a bunch of mercenaries who apparently have access to the tens of billions of funds needed to wage a very expensive war. And you question our realism?'
I'll happily observe resupply is not something we normally worry about in Anunia because it's too complicated. However, you having not existed on Micras before this war and having a secret mercenary base anywhere near Novatainia or Toketi is quite laughable . I'm not going to use that as a basis for questioning your existence in the war. I'm just saying if you're going to make that sort of comment, make it sensible.
