Re: Longbow of Toketi
Read through that. And I am not surprised Iehova pulled your post up for judging. You don't get it do you? You can't just secret destroy the entire place up. If its a secret action, you gotta just say you got here secretly. And now are firing missiles / planting bombs etc, etc.... That way, you are giving the enemy the chance to reply.read through that.
I am not sure what rules were followed then, but under the current rules, it explicitly says that if you have defenses, you post them prior to start of battle. Novatainia did, for Nelaga as well as their own mainland. Why didn't you? Oh, right you didn't expect someone to strike at your cities. Well, that's too bad now.also discussed in that forum was city defenses. Even though the defenses for the city in question (Shilton) had not been posted ANYWHERE in any of the war forums, they still would have been available for use to kill off any of the attacking units. Not all of the units described defending the city were posted in orbats, therefore they would currently be considered non-orbatted units (go figure).
SO: either I'm calling bullshit on extreme's attacks, or am calling bullshit on Iehova's defenses from WW2 to shit on his name and rep. Your call.
You'll notice in the Annunia Convention forum that rules are being made to force nations to post their defenses irregardless of where the war is going to take place.
I am not. My troops engaged in battle with North aren't going anywhere. The two submarines are stuck there so to speak. And that also means that Demon's ships are stuck there.ALSO: Going off of a previous judicial ruling: extreme: your troops can not have gone anywhere during the battle with north, because their status of living or not is in question.
That being said, since only the 2 submarines are 'stuck', the rest of my fleet is capable of moving freely since they aren't involved in this battle.

Permission from the judge to drop a large nuclear device on that part of the ocean and just end this crazy mess?

lol... and blow up some of the stomarkian/toketi/whatever other nation's land there is nearby?
oh, and you'd only be hitting 2 subs of mine and all of North's....
btw, where is North? he has to get back to me... the longer he takes, the longer it takes for longbow to get involved.

Re: Longbow of Toketi
So allow me to get this straight, Longbow wants to kill me? For what reason?
In what warped universe (magicians after all) is it not hypocritical to feel greatly aggrieved by attacks on cities but have no qualms about killing the micronational manifestations of REAL people?
And I agree with Extreme regarding your attacks. As a judge I've noted them but as a player in this war I've found them frankly bizarre and odd. Intermicronational firsts, yes. Hopefully intermicronational lasts too.

I was being facetious, of course. Not only are nukes illegal, but I don't have any in my OrBat.extreme007 wrote:lol... and blow up some of the stomarkian/toketi/whatever other nation's land there is nearby?

Y'know, I'm detecting sarcasm, but because you don't use smilies or [sarcasm][/sarcasm] codes, it's incredibly difficult to tell.Demon of the North wrote:but their just missiles...

fine throw on [sarcasm][/sarcasm]
maybe in a future war i should have a nuclear production facility for 15000 points then 10000 points of ballistic subs and armed transport/resupply ships...

Now it's perfectly simple. If we wanted to attack people so they couldn't defend themselves, and were excited about the idea of destroying civilians in people's homelands, then you'd just mine up the river from Lontien up (or even down from there if you didn't care about Hurmu's opinion), stick an orbat or two of ICBM subs in the Sea of Hamuji, and just fire at the rest of Micras with impunity.

So, do you (longbow) want to have that war action? I just sent a PM to Andreas saying what possibilities exist for your ship and the threats to it.

And I've just sent a pm to you for a creative yet fair way to work out what he would have detected.

Cheers, just waiting for Longbow.
And Longbow - you made your move assuming North could tell you where the fleet is, which he can't now. Depending on whether you detect him or not, you'll need to declare when your Scalzin move out (like, is it the moment they pick up any sign of him, or do they try and go close and hope to avoid attack etc). It'll also be easiest if you can draw a map of the route you'd like to take, once you know whether you know his location or just where he isn't. I'll use that to determine where you get found.
