Anunia Convention - National Form
1. Does your nation have Existing National Defences? (III.A) If so, place a link to them below. Yes, http://www.paamokolia.proboards.com
Existing National Defences are defensive structures for your civilians and/or troops. Such defensive structures cannot require manpower to damage orbatted units, otherwise said manpower must be included in the their orbat. eg. A wall, or a mine, is appropriate, but a SAM or a gun turret is not. They can include manpower in purely non-offensive terms (eg a Radar Station or a Train Network). If these structures are to affect orbatted units, they must also be within the reality constraints placed on the war as a whole, otherwise the entire offending thing [that is, the person/object/defensive structure that includes an element outside the reality constraints placed on the war as a whole] is considered not to exist for the purposes of orbatted units.
2. Does your nation have city descriptions, regional descriptions, terrain maps or other things detailing your land that you would like the enemy to know, and that can't be inferred from the MCS Physical Map? (III.A) If so, place a link to a page listing them below. Very Mountainous, Three Isloated islands (Trans Maria Straits are Rough) Amokolia also does not have roads, but a rail car (trolley) system that links the country. The Trolleys travel on short mowed grass or dirt, with overhead electric lines
3. Please name below every citizen of your nation who could possibly participate in the war. (III.D). Also note which region they will start in (if you don't use personal regions, mark this "Capital")
-Jess Heimer (Commandeur d'Amokolie) Petersburg, Vattnaland
-Scott Cairney (Naval Commander) Port-of-Anun, Automatica
4. If your nation offers anything in the situation it loses, please list it below (II.C). Anything not listed here can only be ceded by your agreement after the war.
Province of Mishalan
5. Other Reminders:
A. If any of your forces meet the following conditions, they qualify to count as more experienced. Note this in your orbat. (III.E,F)
i. Have fought and survived a previous Recwar which was not too recent as to have sapped morale.
ii. Had a backstory of reasonable quality written for them explaining their training/origin/loyalty, and why they are more experienced than a normal unit.
iii. Participated in regular training exercises in their nation.
-Took part in Ocian Excercises
B. If you wish to share some of your points with someone else in your nation, note that in your orbat (and preferably post your orbat together) (IV.B)
30000-Me
20000-Scott
C. If you are using non-standard units (ie any not mentioned specifically by name in the Convention), either provide a link to them (if real world), or a description (if invented) of basic capabilities. If you intend to use your unit in a way that is not a standard feature, please note that as well. (IV.E,F)

Re: OrBat of the National Provisional Amokolian Authority
Jess, I hate to tell you this, but you can't actually deploy from Amokolia, as it's controlled by your enemy forces (i.e the Ocians). The Ocians haven't made any statement recognising your authority over Amokolia, so it's reasonable to assume that their forces and therefore their control still extends over Amokolia.
You may have to attack from Ashkenatzi territoty.

Oh, yes, fair enough, as I told them to make a corridor for Ashkenatzi forces...
But...

No you won't.The Independence movement started in Anun, we shall start there, as the Anunians have always been agains Ocia.
As for the Amokolian Navy, I'd ask whether we're being realistic or not. No such Navy existed under Ocian control so how the Amokolians could create such a force since declaring independence and residing outside their territory is beyond me.

Re: OrBat of the National Provisional Amokolian Authority
It might be worth just letting them have this one... have there not been enough delays already?
If you use that argument, then he has no equipment, troops, ships, planes, nothing, because he can't get to Amokolia...

I'm willing to condede slightly but if he wants his own terriotory to start off in its got to be close to Askhenatza, not right in the middle of our rear.

Surely he's got to start in the territory he's 'defending'?

Re: OrBat of the National Provisional Amokolian Authority
Order.
1. A not inconsiderable amount of land was, in the past, the sovereign state of Amokolia; that land is quite separate from the Ocian mainland; and that land is now claimed by the Provisional Amokolian Authority ("the land").
2. At no point between the merger of Amokolia and Ocia has the Ocian Government made any statement indicating the deployment of Federation troops to the land.
3. It is therefore reasonable to assume that, given the declaration of independence, the Ocian Government no longer has de facto control over the land.
4. It is also reasonable to assume that all those military forces that can be found in Amokolia are constituted of native Amokolians under the command and control of native Amokolians.
5. It is also reasonable to assume that given the lack of any solid government, the infrastructure of the country will have deteriorated to a not inconsiderable extent, and the writ of the government will have been reduced accordingly. Similarly, it is reasonable to assume that government services have deteriorated given the likely impact on currency and therefore wages.
Accordingly:
The body claiming to be the Provisional Amokolian Authority (being entitled to enter into the war as no restriction exists to permit only soverign sates to enter) is permitted to enter those troops listed on their OrBat.
However:
The capabilities of the military forces fielded by the Provisional Amokolian Authority are to be reduced by 25% at this point, and shall remain so for the duration of the war.
Attention:
The Ocian party, the Amokolian party and the Ashkenatzan party are requested to signify their agreement with this ruling, or to present their grounds for disagreement.
