Jonas is off doing whatever westerners visiting Budapest do... so it might be a couple of days coming.

Yes it's generally the protocol for all parties to confirm their assent; in lieu of a functioning Jonas some evidence of the relevant PM, Discord log or whatever communication used to make the agreement would be helpful.

We started discussing this last March, so it's a very long string of PMs. I'm leaving for a week on Sunday, so was hoping to get this sorted before then.

Rasmus was also in agreement with the arrangement.

Now all my former nations have fallen under the Jing spell...
