He did, yes! It's part of the Jack-off process. I want to respect Jack's legacy, yet at the same time I understand that he wants to keep his intellectial property to a minimum, especially in works of art that are uniquely his product. I know he gave me permission to use stuff, but it seems somewhat wrong nonetheless when his feelings were so strong on the matter. I hope my mid-way (recognize but not flaunt) policy is a good one in the long run.
