Claim on the Skerries should not be considered. With regard to the comment in the council I’d like to point out that the claim now only includes one small former territory of an active nation, which has not indicated a desire to reclaim this.

Claim image updated accordingly. I still think it should be perfectly fine to claim a green area that has been abandoned for more than 30 days (after all, why else does the Charter have these clauses, if the personal opinion of the council members is still going to determine their vote?). But as a sign of good will, I have removed the claim in the Skerries. Due to Calbion's history there, I still intend to claim there in the future.
