[Nelaga] Claim

Claim:
Notes: Batavie and Novatainia gave their assent to give this land away before Nelaga even officially opened. There is proof of that at this thread that shows the Batavian and Novatainian reps (also Nelagan citizens) discussing the land giving away. This is also stated here - despite the fact that's in a recwar board, it is real diplomacy.
Nelaga has been in existance December 5th (though the forumlist suggests 29th November, not sure where you got that number and might want to change it). We meet the two month rule, as all members are experienced micronationalists

Re: [Nelaga] Claim
We have yet to do a lot of... spring cleaning, you could say, on the territory. Probably in 6 months or so we'll have renamed this or that and have a capital worthy of the little symbol and who knows what other changes. It's an amazingly slow process through right now and most of our citizens feel that it would be better to be on the map in some capacity sooner rather than later.

Fair enough. Just as long as you get a capital soon, I won't OCD your ass
Think that might be a little too close, Spangle?

I need ari's program to work out how close colours are in the human eye really
I can work out their distance if they're plotted as points in a 3 dimensional area, that's 21.58703314, but I can't make that something that matters to a human

Re: [Nelaga] Claim
Sorry Craitman, my fault. I'm so used to not seeing a capital (as Zindaria never had one, and then we had our capitals elsewhere) on those islands, I forgot we needed to change one of the cities into capital mode.
Nova Kajar's nominally the capital, I believe. We can always change that later.
Better?

Re: [Nelaga] Claim
Well, they waited two months, and picked the day Pawel returned to claim, which helped considerably.

Re: [Nelaga] Claim
So, is MCS now allowing nations to let their islands fly? If that's the policy/road MCS is taking, it would be good to know so we can create island moving devices, climate control, land-from-water rising and other such stuff...
