Sure thing! In that case then let's go with the modifications, and the small expansion.

Why would it be so important to have the forest indicated on the map?

Re: [PSC] Tiny Expansion
Wildlife has been a fairly important part of Pallisican culture for the entire history of Passio-Corum. Whether I've focused on plants or animals, developing Corum's wildlife has been a focus for almost 3 years*. As a result of this 3 years of work, Corum has come to acquire a unique place in the world, as the only continent which has had its flora and fauna widely documented. By indicating the forest, I'll be allowed to officially, meaningfully highlight the historical role of wildlife in Pallisican culture, as well as the uniqueness of Corum, which now serves as a sort of Australia analog.
There is also definite conservationist motivation behind this expansion as well. The thing is that different sets of wildlife live in each of the different wilderness areas that I've found. By claiming some portions of all of the wilderness areas, Passio-Corum can effectively protect and preserve all of the species that live there. There is at least one species who's only range in Northern Corum, is within the borders of this particular forest. By claiming and protecting this forest, that species' northern-most range is protected. The alternative is that at some point some other nation, maybe a hostile government with a strict industrial emphasis, claims the land and builds cities right on my forests. If that were to happen, many of my species may potentially become endangered. This prevents that from happening.
*3 Years in the context of Passio-Corum. In the context of Passas I've done this sort of work for much longer, going on a decade. The point is that wildlife has always been a reasonably important component of my work.

No worries. I'll make-up a new claim image to combine the bits to proceed with and remove the chaff, and we can begin voting...NewZimiaGov wrote:Sure thing! In that case then let's go with the modifications, and the small expansion.

You have done a great service for the creatures of Corum.
