Re: [GTZ] Final Housekeeping
If you'd like, we could stripe the Gotzer land as a protectorate (like Ravaria is, already under Stormark) once added to the map?

Whatever you feel is best.
To explain the rationale more for the admins - these lands are Victoria which has a close cultural and historical link to Stormark where part of the royal household of the former Kingdom of Victoria are still citizens.
The protectorate is sought to reflect that link moreso than to just preserve Gotzborg. Gotzborg’s official map has never been Micras but it feels inappropriate to let Victoria, which did use Micras for its official map, to be removed when there are still victorians in the wider community.
Gotzborg will respect whatever decision the council ultimately makes, whether that’s rejection or not. If the former, perhaps the council can reduce the lands but retain enough to respect Victorian history and it’s relationship to Stormark.

Should the current proposal be rejected, I'd be happy to help rearrange a subsequent claim to appease all partiesLiam Sinclair wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 11:56 pmGotzborg will respect whatever decision the council ultimately makes, whether that’s rejection or not. If that’s the case the council may set what it desires and we’ll work with Stormark to fill in the interior borders!

Re: [GTZ] Final Housekeeping
Would you like to converse in PM regarding a follow-up?
Re: [GTZ] Final Housekeeping
With regard to Liam's empassioned citation of historical affinities, Stormark could still claim all the land by removing an equally-sized, less cultural chunk somewhere else (or perhaps even a larger-sized amount to bank credit for future expansions). But that would depend on Stormark being willing to give up land at all...
