Notes:
- The state of Neo Patrova is removed from Apollonia and resettled in Lake Morovia.
- The landlocked portion of Monovia that contains Monoviaville in Cibola is removed and resettled in Lake Morovia.
- Added several new cities and settlements - that's where the Wechua come in: I've added the settlement of Apurimaq.

For the record, I personally intend on continuing to develop my
new project, since I wasn't aware that this was happening when I publicly started work on it last night. If Caputia wants to talk about it, they're welcome to make the effort.

I believe any issues have been addressed now, for public knowledge. We're working together on this and coordinating accordingly.
