[dao] Consolidation / Vulturing
Name & Title: Chidao Emperor
E-Mail/Contact: (e-mail or other form of contact)
Nation: Jingdaoese Empire
Request:
We give up islands in the east (Aryapur, Yangyudao) and claim a portion of the land freed by the departure of Gerenia. We have also recently abandoned land in favor of Batavia, without anything being given to us in return. I think this is all in all a fair pixel-neutral trade, sort of. I haven't counted pixels or so. I also apologize for putting this claim forward without much activity in the last week but I think this is of paramount strategic importance to our empire.

If Senya would like to make an arrangement with Jingdao so it can expand, we have some ideas ourselves as well. Just send me a pm...
Re: [dao] Consolidation / Vulturing
I'd like to put this on hold while we are negotiating with Senya.

Personally, I think it's a pity that the Senyan representative badmouths Jingdao this way. We have never deliberately wanted to 'block' nations. This issue came up with Senya in the past and we showed ourselves very willing partners at the negotiation table (read: we willingly gave up claims, so Senya could expand). In contrast to what some may think, we do not know the plans of Senya. If there is reason to complain: complain at the Natopians, who blocked the path to the north with an oversea colony.

No, no, no. You're talking crap now. We're currently in the middle of drastically reducing our claim there, so there's that. The Maritime Markets would like a word about being blocked in. There were no objections when caputia eliminated the possibility of haifan expansion. Senya certainly didnt object to that one.
