Re: [ROJ] Republic of Jezeraah
As this is intertwined with the HPI losing land via the disputed part, I'd like to hear from them that this is acceptable before voting...

Orion and I need to discuss further this before I am willing to support this claim. I am, with this said, obviously troubled by the hastiness of certain council members who have voted without first asking for the appropriate input from the nation that actually claims the territory. Thank you, Craitman, for putting the brakes on it.

I apologise for putting this to a vote, however not all of us know every part of the claimsmap off by heart and I don't usually cross reference the claimsmap. I will change my vote accordingly.NewZimiaGov wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 4:27 pmOrion and I need to discuss further this before I am willing to support this claim. Re: [ROJ] Republic of Jezeraah
I won't be changing my vote just yet. Aside from granting Jezeraah some pieces of Green (which I've not seen formally claimed by anyone else), all this claim does is formalise the non-Bassarid party to the disputation of the Jezeraah isles which was already agreed from the Bassarid side (pre-overwritten pic here for reference).
That said, I think the claim should be put on hold until this is settled.

Re: [ROJ] Republic of Jezeraah
HPI isn't losing any land. The same regions that were disputed before are still disputed. All this does is claim land for Jezeraah that is unclaimed. We had previously agreed to add Jezeraah so I assumed that had been settled and was just waiting for the one month mark.
That being said, Bijaro did agree to let the claim proceed provided we mark New Monoviaville as disputed. I am fine with this.

Re: [ROJ] Republic of Jezeraah
Internal disputes and disputes between two members of the MCS are two different situations, however. By your reasoning, any internally disputed land on the map is up for grabs in the same way the green is; but it isn't. That said, with the agreement you mentioned above, I'm happy that both sides are willing to proceed...
