Elwynn has begun the Peace and Stability Mission in Angularis because of the inability of the Tellian government to do anything in northern Tellia. Military moves are done by through . Accordingly, while Elwynn recognizes the partial Tellian sovereignty over the area, Elwynn extends partial sovereignty over the area, in order to bring peace and stability there. As such, for purposes of the MCS, Elwynn annexes the "Green" areas of northern Tellia, bringing the dispute over the territory from between Tellia and the Green (Tellia and lawlessness) to between Tellia and Elwynn.
It is the view of the Elwynnese government to negotiate a fair settlement with Tellia on the matter once the situation has stabilized.
