Attention music lovers! Get ready to be blown away by the upcoming Micrasvision 2023 Song Contest! This year, the contest is celebrating its tenth edition with a bang, bringing together the most talented musicians from the Micras Sector. With many entrants expected, this year's contest promises to be bigger and better than ever before!
The Armistice Festival Park in Rusjar will host this year's competition, which will be organised by the Euran Broadcasting Union on behalf of the host Zeed. The theme for this year is "improbable endurance," and all national submissions that meet this theme will receive a bonus point. Additionally, original compositions will also receive a bonus point.
This is your chance to showcase your country's musical prowess and bring home the crown. So, send me a link via PM of the song that will represent your country. Remember, only one participant per country is allowed, and if there are several people who want to participate from the same country, the most senior of them gets to decide the song in the absence of an internal national competition.
Make sure that your submission is accompanied by an explanatory note that provides in-world context for the entry. Also, please include the name of the song, artist/band, and other relevant info you find necessary, as well as the country you are representing.
The schedule for the contest is as follows: submission of entries from 11-25 May, compliance evaluation and prep from 25-30 May, and the day of the event, with submissions announced, scores to be received from national participants, and final results announced on 31 May.
