Award for Best New Idea: Logan, for his work on trying to figure-out continental drift maps
Award for Economics: Bijaro, for establishing the USSO market and integrating a lot of other existing stuff together
Award for Art: Bijaro, for his 3D renderings of fauna, flora and politicians alike
Award for Journalism: Unilaterally Independent, for more insightfulness than most hard journalism this year
Award for Leadership: Edgard, for having the sheer balls to take Alexandria away from a position that the average man would normally cling to
Award for Literature: Krasniy, for the Tales from Kalgachia
Award for Sport: Edwin, for the rejuvenated push on developing rugby league
Award for Most Promising New Micronation: Kalgachia, for taking wiki-based development to the next level and finding success from the loss of Minarboria
Award for Most Promising New Micronationalist: Edwin, Micras wouldn't be Micras without a "bane of our lives" character around. With a bit of patience and focus, he has a genuine long-term future around here
Award for Overall Achievement: Liam, for ridiculously consistent standards with Gotzborg that will just be having another breather come the new year, I'm sure!
Award for "'Tis but a flesh wound": Caputia, for overcoming the Hammish Civil War and creating a lively new place to continue Hamland's legacy

I'd normally link to relevant evidence for each nomination, but I'm only posting this on my phone :P

I'm also happy to judge, if required, but really just keep me as a back-up if others want to do it!

I'm available for judging duties since I'm not in with a shout on anything for this year.

That's where you're wrong - I nominate you for the Award for History for leaving a diligent wiki trail behind your various geopolitical joyrides this year (and the innumerable subplots generated around them) which has not only made them vaguely comprehensible for casuals and/or latecomers during the events themselves, but will also serve as an important resource for historians to make sense of them in ages to come. Examples are too numerous to itemise, but most of it is listed here and here.

I also nominate you for the Award for Literature for your recent piece Welcome to New Blackstone, which arguably provides the same dose of literary frisson as the entire Tales from Kalgachia series (thanks to those who nominated me, by the way) in a single well-polished vignette, without having to trawl through swathes of tangential plot and wooden dialogue to extract rare morsels of textual thrill as my own readers do. There wasn't a duff line in it, in my opinion.

My other choices have already been nominated - most saliently Edgard for Overall Achievement with Caputia for Most Promising Micronation (new nations rising from the ashes of old ones seems to have been a theme this year). The determination of Edwin to prioritise the development of the Florian rugby league while that nation is utterly consumed by war, genocide and other biblical afflictions qualifies him for the Award for Sport and 'Tis But A Flesh Wound in equally magnificent measure. The nomination of Josephus for the Award for Cultural Development is also happily seconded.

I may think of others in moments of sobriety before the festive season is out. Happy Holidays.

The only one who actually deserves an award is Ardy, whom I nominate for all categories.

In which case I accept my nomination for Most Promising New Micronation, amongst the others, with equanimity...

My nominations are:
Award for Cultural Development: Jingdao - can go a bit under-appreciated but a lot of effort goes into that nation that I think goes a bit under the radar at times.
Award for Art: Bijaro - every time I go on the artistry thread on Discord he seems to have posted something really awesome in there
Award for Leadership: Me - hey, I did hassle everyone in getting 30/34 nations to vote on the Strait of Haifa issue, with getting 30 nations to actively engage on one single thing has almost certainly never been done before
Award for Sport: Edwin - for his push on Rugby League
Award for Most Promising New Micronationalist: Nikola - (do I get a shoutout for pushing him to join Micras in the first place? :P )
Award for Overall Achievement: Liam - going to echo this

Not entirely sure what Ardy did sports wise this year but I'm sure never-the-less he deserves the award anyway! :P

Can we push for the "dick-move" award again? Unwillingly screwing your own nations over through ineptitude would be a grand nomination...

If believing other people won't just be gigantic assholes and screw you over the first chance they get classifies as ineptitude in this world, I'm more than happy to receive that award. I seem to be one of the few people left who remember this is something we're supposed to have fun with...

"Fun" is drastically subjective. Some of us really enjoy covering our own backs!
