Member deletions and account verifications

Basically, I found myself wide awake in the middle of the night with nothing to do, so I've just gone through all the forum members which didn't have any posts to their names and administrated them. I've deleted a rather large amount of accounts which were either blatant spambots (either their posts had been deleted but not the accounts, or they'd not got round to spamming us yet) or very ambiguous accounts which hadn't posted for a good while since registering, so the member list is now nice and decluttered!
In addition, I noticed a couple of accounts hadn't bee verified, so "Rsmall" and "republicofbed" are now activated. I've also moved all the COPPA accounts to being full registered members so that they can post now (how hard is it to lie on the date of birth registration question, eh?
). The following have been removed from the COPPA list: "Austinsroom", "BenMcKinlay", "danmorris", "Istoria", "Joshua Everson", "republicofbed", "Rsmall", "Sentinel 503" and "usflatland".
