Public announcement of RNB

I am happy to announce that after a long hiatus the national bank of Hamland, Royal National Bank, has made its return.
People may remember it from a long time back where it was the main bank for Hamland with branches opening in Nova England and Normark. Now, with the SCUE, RNB can do a lot more both in terms of potential and actual use. RNB is publicly owned by the Commonwealth of Hamland so your money is safe with us so long as the Government of Hamland stays afloat. Considering that it has a huge amount of assets and a growing economy; your money is safe.
We are intending on creating both savings accounts and loans. Savings accounts will have 1% monthly interest rates and loans will be up to Ø800 (or any currency depending on the market) with a 5% monthly interest rate. Loans will be available after further development.
Currently the bank will only operate for citizens of Hamland. This is because we will have laws to protect consumers, and the bank, against mismanagement. This could be refusal to pay back a loan, compensation for missed interest or any other abuses. RNB will look to expand outside of Hamland, into other SCUE markets, which have laws protecting the bank from mispayment. If governments are keen on having the bank operate within their markets, then they should contact the government of Hamland or respond in this thread.
