As Walstadt was recently purchased by Haifa, and has been added as a territory to Haifa, what procedure should I go about regarding mapping on the MCS map?

As the Charter doesn't permit territories to claim on Micras separate from their parent nation, there's really two approaches you can take. Assuming Haifa will be accepted when claiming fully, you can either remove Walstadt now and include it again with your full claim, or leave it as-is and just annex it when claiming. Given Walstadt's short time on Micras, it won't be removed for inactivity in the time it'll take Haifa to claim, but it's up to you whether you want it labelled as a separate entity still until then, or not at all

Although I assume by "second", you mean to leave Walstadt as-is. If so, then nothing needs to be done by anyone
