Well, there is no permanent war sign up yet by ARMS as the organisation hasn't totally gotten going yet. The above is correct, it's just a piece of legislation we passed rather than a treaty. It's open to anyone but obviously, as Andreas points out, we are entirely landlocked ourselves which is unfortunate but that's the situation we have
