OOC: Nope. You are on my sonars since you got there. That submarine was patrolling the strait, as in the defence plan of the island, sent to Montague. (Anyway, I do hope the other judges were informed about it)

OOC: I have helicopters out with dipping sonars, I have active submarines, I have anti-submarine destroyers. Just because you make a secret move to get there doesn't mean you're invisible. If you have me on your sonar, so do I.
