Could I get a summary of the rulings in this JP? So Iknow what's what. Also, Ryan seems to be AWOL atm.

Re: [JP] Malliki Tosha vs. TimoteosStefanosigos; Montauk air
Because no order has been given for them to attack, we have to assume they did not. They obviously would have defended themselves, but no offensive moves.
Re: [JP] Malliki Tosha vs. TimoteosStefanosigos; Montauk air
I made it clear in my PM'ed moves that the helicopters were NOT present with the bombing squadron and that they remained at the base while ONLY the bombers and fighters flew over Montauk.
Helicopters cannot attain the altitude required for the bombing run. Thus it would have been suicide to fly them over the island.
The helicopters were, along with the remainder of the air force stationed at the base, on orders to intercept any enemy aircraft that attempted to penetrate Antican airspace. Therefore if they did take off on a mission, they would have had the escort of additional fighters. Only an idiot would send helicopters out alone to intercept fighter jets.

Ryan, can you explain why your your post has very conflicting statements (such as "The bomber bucked fiercely as flak cannons exploded five-hundred feet below it.") if you are performing a high-altitude bombing? I'm very confused - 500 feet is not very high.
Re: [JP] Malliki Tosha vs. TimoteosStefanosigos; Montauk air
The shells exploded five-hundred feet below the bomber. Meaning the shells, once fired from the AA, can only attain a maximum altitude of 26,500 feet (roughly speaking - this doesn't account for wind velocity, humidity, trajectory, etc. which also factor against the distance a shell can attain when fired). My bombers are flying at 30,000 feet to give them clearance above and beyond that; which means the shells are exploding within a space of 3,500 feet ~ listed as 500 to give a +/- range.

HELLO?????
http://micras.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=58217#p58217
Apparently the Interlandian side thinks that this petition can be ignored. I haven't got a final ruling or even a ruling summary on this even though I've requested one several times. The losses called by the Interlandian side in that post are very one-sided and includes only losses to the Antican side. Furthermore, the Interlandian side edited the post they were required to edit without informing us either here or in the battleground thread. Are we supposed to keep track of whether or not a post is edited, when, how, and to what extent? Is this the way this war is going to be handled?

Re: [JP] Malliki Tosha vs. TimoteosStefanosigos; Montauk air
Hello, we've got the decisions. You asked for merging them into one post - ok, but as can I see everything is settled, and I don't think that we must to wait for another week just to get the same thing we have already.Apparently the Interlandian side thinks that this petition can be ignored. I haven't got a final ruling or even a ruling summary on this even though I've requested one several times.
Hello, can You finally learn to read? Our losses were in my post from the beginning. We've lost four aircrafts, and you lost four (one from air defence, so in airfight you were +1). That's "very one-sided" ?The losses called by the Interlandian side in that post are very one-sided and includes only losses to the Antican side.
Hello, again, LTR! (learn to read) In this post I informed about editing (after that, I edited it one more time, changing this part about helicopters (after change in judical decision).Furthermore, the Interlandian side edited the post they were required to edit without informing us either here or in the battleground thread.
Hello, I ask myself the same question. You changed this war into an judical case. But even in courts those lawyers who shout "object!" at every word of other side are usually quickly called to order. And here?Is this the way this war is going to be handled?

Sorry about that, I guess I missed it. I can't keep track of everything myself, which is why I from now on will only concentrate on my own forces. Do I personally lose any fighters in this or are all from Ryan's escort? Also, I was waiting for final confirmation here, that's why I haven't posted anything regarding my fighters.
