Senya celebrated Senya Day and its 10th anniversary a day late in the footballing world, as the Senyan national team faced off against Tiana in a friendly.

With their League 1 stars given the weekend off to compete in this match, Senya started off quickly in the Snakepit, with a darting Jan Maytek run causing the Tianan defence havoc before Kiket Volinsk's effort forced Gianfranco Zílna into a good save. The Senyans were dominant as expected, but took until after the half-hour mark to open their account for the day, with a Barnaby Hands corner headed home by Bɏëder Volinsk, having lost his marker in the box. They could have had a second before halftime, but Zílna pulled off an acrobatic save to deny Maytek from point blank range.

But what was supposed to be a formality ended up being a bit closer when Fabio Alegri's searching ball forward found Estéban Ferrari on the edge of the box, who was brought down clumsily by Maksim Ĵerzënyœ. The resulting free kick was taken by Vincenzo D'Aquila, who curled his effort into the top left corner with ferocious power, to stun the Snakepit. However, Tiana's joy was short lived, with Alesandrœ Danetskë being brought on and almost immediately making an impact, chesting down a through ball before smashing the ball across the face of the goal infront of t Verte Val into the far post to restore Senya's advantage. Their lead was doubled 15 minutes later, when a Hands cross was turned home at the far post by Ƨinkœ Zvet, before Aleks Mëa headed home from a corner late on to seal a 4-1 win.
