Super League Football introduce foreign player limit
After much considerations on how to strengthen Florian football, the Florian Football Association and SLF FA have agreed to implement a foreign player limit commencing at the end of the current season. All top-flight teams will only be allowed to have 30% of its squad made up of foreign players in a bid to develop homegrown talent in the country. The league has been criticised in the past that it relies on imports to make the league more competitive and the Florian FA hopes this limit moves the Florian game in a positive direction. Also, the Florian FA has ordered each team to at least have 30 squad members starting from next season. To aid teams filling that requirement, a draft has been officially announced by the league.
