Formal warning to DAFA and MFF
As per § V.g.ii. of the FMF Constitution, following the attempted transferring of players outside of the FMF's codified transfer windows, the Executive Committee has agreed to issue a formal warning to the member associations of Daau (DAFA) and Mataba (MFF).
This warning does not oblige any points deductions or transfer bans for the parties involved; any further attempts to circumvent the transfer window from either association will however result in stricter punishment from the FMF.
The offending attempted transfer in question may be completed at the beginning of the next recognised transfer window (1 January 2023).

Re: Formal warning to DAFA and MFF
The Dauian Football Association and the Mataba Football Federation had the following response:
"We apologize for the misunderstanding between the clubs and the Football Associations of Daau and Mataba. We will work together closely to ensure that these type of incidents will never happen again"
"The DAFA also condemns Seragaan FC's decision to sell Edu Bendini without notifying any official governing body which was involved in the deal"
"We apologize again and we well ensure that nothing like this will ever happen again"
- Isaac Zainol speaking to Daau Football Informer.
