Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
Craitman wrote:Osĵätoņ Aztecs have announced their interest in Alexandrian striker Florent Lassana-Traoré as they look to improve their squad for the upcoming Craitish season.
The 28 year-old finished top scorer at this summer's World Cup in Antica, with six goals, and is the tournament's joint-all-time leading scorer alongside Craitland's Freddie Gaärsen. Interest in the Club Imperiale forward has already been rumoured this summer, with teams from the Napian Serie A reportedly interested in his signing.
The Aztecs' interest hardly comes as a surprise as the team have sold forwards Stephan van Hajn and Andrew Miller in the last couple of weeks. Zandt Van Hajn has moved to NAPI, while youngster Miller, who scored three goals in Antica for Hamland, has moved to League 1 rivals Xäiville Teflons after having a torrid time over the past few seasons. The Aztecs are also renowned for not being a high-scoring team, in spite of their traditionally numerous striking options, and only scored 33 goals last season as they finished fifth; a factor they'd be looking to change with the signing of Lassana-Traoré. As club legends Tommy Hjansen and Paul Óma-ó-Täó are both now in their 30's, Lassana-Traoré would be expected to line-up alongside Monovia's Armand Diarra, whose eight goals in the 2010 World Cup sealed his transfer to Osĵätoņ, should his move go through.
We shall report further on these rumours and stories as soon as more is known!
Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
It has been reported that a week ago Napian side Olympique Livingston submitted an offer for Traore valued at a whopping 31.6 Cr Million dollars. Revealed by the clubs manager, the players and clubs decision is to be revealed in the next 24 hours.

Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
Well, given that each League 1 club is permitted a budget of Cr 35 million every season, and the Aztecs have sold Van Hajn for 6 mil and Miller for 12.5, they have Cr 53.5 mil available and from indubious resources...
Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
And your offering all of that for him? Why must I be so unlucky!

Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
No, I'm just saying that the Aztecs have a budget available without suddenly creating 8 mil out of fresh air...
Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
That is true... Well your probably going to get him anyways but hopefully there is a slim chance we will... And Livingstons owner is a Mahozi billionaire, so not really fresh air but I guess...

Re: Aztecs' interest in Lassana-Traoré admitted
While there have been multiple bids for Florent Lassana-Traoré, Club Imperiale would like issue a statement with regards to the player's transfer speculation. At Club Imperiale, we are a club which is no different to the other members of the ASA. Whilst our interests are to do well domestically, the priority for most ASA teams and in particular here at Club Imperiale is to develop the future of Alexandrian football. We are immensely proud of every product of our youth system, and occasionally we produce superstars like Florent.
We have had several bids, all worth considering and looking up in terms of money. However, despite these bids, there is always the case that Florent won't leave - something which many of the press have seem to forgot about. Whilst Florent Lassana-Traoré is our player, we will not stand in the way of a potential departure. But we will not be fazed by the transfer fee. In Alexandria, it's not like other teams around Micras - it's not all to do with the money. The main priority is the player and what is best for them.
From the last few days, many of Micras noted the transfer saga concerning Sezer Ozker and his move to FC Garrak. From an Alexandrian point of view, we can look closely and compare the stature of our youth system to that of Romero and FC Fiorecitta's in Tellia - but the difference is we don't want to drag speculation on and create a media fuss. We want to do what's best for the player behind the scenes. And this is why we've made no decision yet on our deal.
There have been deals from NAPI, Craitland and Hamland - but right now we haven't said anything about them. Florent returns from holiday tomorrow. We will then discuss with him about what he wants to do and what will be best for him. At the end of the day, the question here isn't about profit - besides he is our own academy graduate. If clubs want to pay the amount of money they're offering, it will still benefit the club and the Alexandrian setup on the whole - whether it's the lowest bid or the highest bid. Even if the player decides to go, we won't consider it as a loss, but an opportunity both for him to move on and younger players to break into the team.
We urge the clubs to give the player time. We will give him all the time in the world and that might not work with some clubs. If they want to give deadlines, that's fine by us - it means we have a greater chance of keeping him at the club he lives, sleeps & breathes in. But for now, the only thing we will do is wait until FLT returns.

MMFC pulls money out their ass
As the bidding war for Alexandrian player Florent Lassana-Traoré has hit a new high, the Shirerithian champions and now Sanillan Premier League outfit Mortis Mercatoria FC has been quiet on the matter. Today though, they released a transfer bomb sure to reverberate around the world. MMFC has put in a bid of Cr 2.5 trillion for the services of Lassana-Traoré.
- This is correct, the MMFC chairman told a local newspaper. I was in the bathroom today when I suddenly just started pulling money out my ass. I thought that we have to invest this money somehow, so that's why we're submitting this bid.
No comment has been made by the staff at Club Imperiale as of yet.

I'm sorry, but how can this be justified in the slightest? If teams are allowed to come up with figures like this, then nations like Senya will be rendered uncompetitive because we don't pump money into our clubs. All countries should be forced to simulate transfer funds properly. And even if a club has a billionaire owner, they wouldn't put all of that in.Cr 2.5 trillion
