Florian Republic to launch Super League Football.
Florian Republic to launch Super League Football.
In an exciting development, it has been announced that Florian Premier League Ltd. and the Florian Football Association has agreed to create a brand new top-tier competition in the country. An approx. number of 100 investors have expressed their interest in investing into the new competition and the respective clubs which will enter. The league is expected to have 20 teams with 10 new teams being created in the process. New teams would be required to have a very detailed business plan and the plans must cover youth development and a potential move into a football-specific facility.
They will be no promotion and relegation and instead like other professional leagues in the Florian Republic will be license based.
A media coverage contract is expected to be signed soon and it is hoped that Florian football improves massively in the next few years.
The first season will commence in September 2018.
