Considering that it's hosted in Amokolia, the event is hosted at a neutral event - so 1 leg. If it's drawn then the tie will goto Extra Time and furthermore penalties will decide the tie if the sides remain deadlock after Extra Time.bobalania wrote:The Semi-Final.Craitman wrote:Is what two legs?bobalania wrote:Is it 2 legs?

Alexandria v Passas - 24th October
After a collapse of the roof in the south stand of Omega Collusium, a last minute switch to Champ Danish must be made for the first semi final between Alexandria v Passas.
Last year Passas crashed out of this round, whereas Alexandria failed to pass the quarter finals. However in their third world cup, and in their furthest progress in their national history so far, Alexandria have a chance to goto the final. Likewise with Passas. Coincidentally, defender Oscar Hurtado of Passas has Alexandrian parentage, while Jean-Pierre D'Oliviera and Reynald Le Louvière were both born in Passas yet opted to play for Alexandria. There maybe a cultural divide, but there is a connection between the two teams in terms of players.
Alexandria will be without Jean-Pierre D'Oliviera, who manager Paolo Ste. Laurent believes that his commitment will be question because of his close ties with Passas. However D'Oliviera has publicly stated that he will be there if Alexandria needs him by their side but doesn't want to play the match. Sebastien Focán will be the main influence yet again as the attacking midfielder goes out to spur his teammates on to hopefully another victory. Florent Lassana Traoré will be the main threat up front as the striker has been on hot form throughout the whole team.
Replacing D'Oliviera will be Tamer Modrem, who will now go on to play alongside Focán in the support role after a solid performance against Amokolia despite being played out of his favoured position. Khalid Mohamed returns to the team on the right wing, whilst Martin Esmé gets the nod ahead of Cyril Kopaczewski and Gonzalo Mascaroni being chose as the defensive midfield option instead of playmaker Cesc Xavi Alonso.
As for Passas, no real changes are made, however the defence must be on their toes constantly with the threat of Lassana, Focán and 17 year old Modrem. Marcus East must yet again prove that he is worthy of the number 1 spot for the future as Richard De Vos is almost ready to make the step up from U21 to seniors and the current Passasean no. 1 may perhaps be seeing his place waved goodbye, nevertheless they do have alot of good players up the front end.
Phillipp Sherman's speed will always possess a threat at all times to the Alexandrian defence, as well as their main frontman Lukasz Dabrowski, who knows alot about putting the ball in the back of the net. Nick Verkslamp is very similar to Sebastien Focán, and it'll be interesting to see the two captains colliding together in this semi-final pairing.
Predicted Starting Lineups
Alexandria (4-5-1): A von Heil (GK), D Belle, R Le Louvière, M Esmé, M Pegazo, K Mohamed, T Modrem, G Mascaroni, S Focán (capt.), F Lassana-Traoré.
Passas (4-1-2-1-2): M East (GK), H Racckam, O Hurtado, I King, S Bonny, E van Heart, J Custis, J Nirimorf, N Verkslamp (capt.), P Sherman, L Dabrowski.
