Re: TelCom Tellian Serie A 2012-2013 Transfers
BIANCONERI SACK MANAGER PALLADINO
Vecchiacittà have decided to sack manager Antonio Palladino after 6 years at the club. It is believed that the dismissal of the manager was down to failure of winning the Serie A. The Bianconeri finished second last season, only to be denied the title on goal difference, with FC Fiorecittà winning the title.
Palladino does not leave unsuccessful though. During his reign, he managed to secure Vecchiacittà's one and only trophy to date, by winning the Tellian Serie A in 2010. It is rumoured that Vecchiacittà will now look for a new manager, with several names on the shortlist. Early favourites include Hammish manager Ed Connery and Shirerithian national coach Paolo Ste-Laurent, although the favourite is LVG coach Luigi Matri as the club will look for options domestically before considering intermicronationally.

ROMERO CONFIRM PLATUL SIGNING
Romero Sport are pleased to announce the signing or Hermes Platul, 18, from Isherwood CSSC. Forward Platul is renouned back in his homeland for being the son of Pavel Platul, himself a former national player for Gerenia. The Cr 1 Million deal makes Platul Jr. the first ever Gerenian player to play for Romero, as well as the first Gerenian to play in Tellia.
Upon completing the deal, Platul spoke to the press, expressing his delight at joining Romero. The 18 year old told the media, "Joining a club like Romero is a dream come true. There were other offers for me and another Tellian club also expressed interest; but for me coming here was a no-brainer. You can see how well Tellia are doing with them getting to the final of the World Cup at a national level. But even watching the team, you see people like Marko Zajc, Marco Schiavvi, Massimo Santoni and Sezer Özker in the squad - all of whom have been part of the setup here. I want to play along with players like these and I believe I can learn from them. It's a different experience for me and it's a different style of play but I am prepared for it and am looking forward to the challenge."
Manager Alexis Tereminus was also on board to shed a few comments regarding his latest signing, but insisted that there will be more activity after the World Cup is over. "I think Romero Sport has shown itself as a club that can appeal to young player. Hermes [Platul] here is coming from a country which has only just joined AEFA, but we want to give him a chance. Along with my new signings, in particular him and Petro [Gjanocca], I want to really show that Romero can play some good football next season and he is a player I want to use as part of my system here. We have a few young lads who will be also stepping up, so it's exciting times. There are a few more targets that I want to sign - but I'm optimistic for the future."
Reports in Tellia indicate that Tereminus may be also offloading a few of his players, with the likes of Mattia Lippini and Caspar Meyer looking likely to leave the club on short-term deals, while a deal for Hjan K'ejer to Ocula ASC is in its final stages. In the mean time, Platul has been handed the no. 28 shirt for Romero.

MATRI APPOINTED AS BIANCONERI MANAGER
Luigi Matri has officially been confirmed as manager of Vecchiacittà Calcio. The club were granted permission from Les Verts Gaianiano to speak to the manager, who has now agreed a 3 year deal with the Rozenhafn based team.
Matri, who managed to steer LVG to a 4th place finish and despite media predicting the appointment of Paolo Ste-Laurent, the club insisted that the LVG coach was their primary target for the job. Matri is already looking to make an impact, as his first transfer is almost in completion, although it has been reported that he had been in contact with the club for the last 2 weeks, his move was only officially confirmed today.
He succeeds Antonio Palladino, who was sacked by Vecchiacittà after failing to win the Serie A, finishing 2nd for the second time in a row last season. The club admits that whilst Matri has no pressure or expectations in his first season at the club, they do expect strong results and a strong foundation to win the titles following next season.
The appointment leaves Les Verts Gaianiano in search for a new manager.

ROMERO SIGN ANTICAN STRIKER O'TOOLE
It's been a busy transfer window for Romero Sport and it appears that they have made their 6th signing of the season. Following 2 promotions from the academy and the acquisition of 5 other players, the Tellian team have brought striker Curtis O'Toole over to Tellia for Cr 13M. O'Toole, who starred in the Antican national side as they got to the World Cup semi-finals is believed to be another signing influenced by Lamifo, who have played a role in Romero's transfer policy in recent times.
The striker will be handed the no. 10 jersey, sending strong indications that he has been brought to Tellia to have an immediate impact, as he joins the likes of World Cup Winners Marko Zajc and the returning Maximiliano Evangelisti in the spearhead of the attack. The 30 year old cited fellow national Alexander Kern in influencing his decision to come to Romero, stating that he was sold by the team's philosophy and development of the game. As part of development, he is expected to be the senior to Gavrel Levandovskiy and Hermes Platul and will lead the front line by example. O'Toole also stated that he is relishing the opportunity to work with manager Alexis Tereminus, a former Craitish striker and World Cup winner who he can draw similarities to as well as midfielder Massimo Santoni, another World Cup winner who the striker describes as "the ultimate playmaker".

ORWOLSKI SIGNS FOR VECCHIACITTA
Vecchiacittà Calcio have confirmed Luigi Matri's first signing in charge by completely the transfer of Interland international Marcin Orwolski for an undisclosed fee. The fee, rumoured to be around Cr 12-15M was agreed between both Virtua SAR FC and the club, but transfer progress was halted before the consultation of the new boss.
Orwolski, 27, has been a regular part of the Interland setup and despite his lack of goals in the FMF World Cup, the player has been watched over the last few seasons by Vecchiacittà. It has not been confirmed what squad number the player will take, although there are more transfers to be expected to be joining the Bianconeri, who have had a quiet season in the transfer market in comparison to last year.
Fans are not expected to be disappointed though, as there are talks of a few more signings coming along the way. It is believed that the club are trying to negotiate a deal with Xäiville Teflons for striker Kristian Jentzsch, whilst there are a few unnamed targets that the club are also looking at in the present time.

JENTZSCH RETURNS TO TELLIA AFTER REUNITING WITH MATRI
Kristian Jentzsch has returned to Tellia after agreeing a deal that will take him to Vecchiacittà Calcio, reuniting the striker with former manager Luigi Matri. Jentzsch, who previously played under Matri at Les Verts Gaianiano left the Serie A to Cräiteland, joining Xäiville Teflons 2 years ago as part of a deal involving himself and Tellian international Valérien Hertz. Despite a slow start, the Kyrovistan striker managed to turn things around, bagging himself 10 goals last season.
The 28 year old formerly represented the United Empire, Holzborg and Gotzborg at international level before making the switch to Kyrovistan. Having represented UE and Holzborg in 2 World Cups, Jentzsch but his name on many team radars after 5 goals netting for Holzborg in the 2010 FMF World Cup, despite an early exit in the groups.
The transfer, believed to be around the fee of Cr 12.5M has been ongoing for recent weeks, although the final deal is most certainly will result in another profit for Xäiville, selling a player for substantially more than what they paid for.
Jentzsch told the press that he welcomed the move, and cited Luigi Matri as the key reason for making the move. "I always thought when I was in Xäiville that I missed Tellia and its style of play. Playing in Cräiteland was an experience I will never forget - arguably the best league on Micras. But for me, the Tellian game play suited me more and I wanted to come back. When Luigi tabled the offer and the interest was known, I had to listen. He was a great manager at LVG despite the lack of resources, but now at a big club like Vecchiacittà, I believe we can go and win the title."
Although unconfirmed, the 28 year old is expected to take the number 11 shirt, replacing Júlio Romána, who is believed to be leaving the club after falling out of favour in the club's plans.

VECCHIACITTÀ COMPLETE SIGNING OF MOTLEY
Vecchiacittà have completed their third signing of the season following the appointment of new manager Luigi Matri, this time signing Edward James Motley from Serie B club FC Bayern Klemmen. The Hammish midfielder joins for a fee of Cr 4 Million after agreeing personal terms with the Bianconeri in addition to completing a medical earlier today.
The 27 year old joined Klemmen from Porapa FC in a deal which saw Jeff Johnson go the other way in 2010; however following Klemmen's failure to regain promotion last season resulted in the player handing in a transfer request.
The former Hamland under-21 player will be handed the number 8 shirt and will look to compete with the likes of Isaac Mahler, Thiago Russo and both Llwrran brothers for a spot in the starting 11. However, the transfer activity does not start there. Having shunned several offers for players, Luigi Matri insists that he wishes to build a side that can win titles.
Attacking several other unnamed teams, the manager said "I am disgraced at how other teams think they can put in any offer for Vecchiacittà players. We may have let go of Maximiliano [Evangelisti], but that was only on co-ownership. I want Vecchiacittà to become a top club and by selling players way below their valuation is not in our interests. Here at DaeZoom ArenA, we have a transfer policy and we will use it. Look at the signings last season - we will make signings with real intent and we want to win. There's no changing that. I still feel we need to bring in a few more players to strengthen the side. Right now, FC Fiorecittà are still too dominant and that needs to change."
It is believed that the side are looking to bring in another defender and several more midfielders, with Kazim Mustafa Sánchez also being linked. Incontinentian Mustafa previously worked with Luigi Matri at Les Verts Gaianiano, and Vecchiacittà may look to pounce on Inter Vecchiavo, who look to begin life in the Serie B once again next season.

Re: TelCom Tellian Serie A 2012-2013 Transfers
The Hammish and EMUFA actual champions had set their eyes on Tellian Midfielder Marko Zajc:
First of all, Morfaga North Rangers is willing to get a new middle for his team, since they will need to face the second part of the championship, the EMUFA Champions League, the Hamland Cup and the FMF Champions League this year, and need some more good players. It is suspected that they need a replacement for Marvin Locksley, a National Team veteran who would be in negotiations with some other clubs, after being taken away from the starting 11 due to a bad shape in the last matches. Manager Paul Teadoir said: "We need a strong player to be in the starting 11 from the first moment he arrives to the club. We believe Zajc is the player."
The offer includes the transfer of Marvin Locksley and Cr 15M.
The news from Tellia are being awaited in Morfaga...

KLYMENBURG SIGN ASHKENATZA DUO
Ashkenatzi based club Maccabiah Klymenburg have completed the signing of two intermicronationals of the Ashkenatza national side. Ashkenatza captain Vladek Rabinowitz and striker Frenkel Bruno have both completed their move to the Serie A side as they look to grasp permanent experience in the Tellian league system.
Bruno, who spent last season on loan at relegated rivals Lokomotiv Rabintzov was previously linked with several clubs abroad, but decided to move south of Ashkenatza in what may be an unpopular decision to the fans of his former club. Rabinowicz on the other hand has played domestically for Krelitz Kommandos, the same club where Frenkel Bruno hails from.
Both players join Klymenburg on a deal worth Cr 10 million, and the double swoop is seen as a steal for K-Burg manager Xavier Muñoz. The former AC Scoglitto striker, who was a surprise appointment to the club last season believes that the move can only strengthen the development of football in Ashkenatza, as well as push the team towards a top 3 finish.
The 38 year old said to the press on the announcement of the two players, "Maccabiah Klymenburg may have been a new team who scraped through and survived last season. But we want to build on that. The club now want to bring in players and with these two coming from Krelitz Kommandos, it does give the team some hope and inspiration. Not only are they Ashkenatzi players, they can also add something to the team. These two signings are just the beginning as there are still more options to look at. So far we have seen the Serie A dominated by 3 teams, and we want to break into that elusive club. We may be a new club, but we mean business."
It is unknown what shirt numbers they will take for next season, but there has been rumours that Muñoz will be moving to base his teamsheet around a Craitish setup, with players listed with numbers 1-25, although his Alexandrian possessive style will probably remain on the pitch when the team play.

BIANCONERI SIGN SENYAN DEFENDER
Luigi Matri has signed yet another player for his Vecchiacittà side as Rödë Vankarlënœ becomes the first Senyan player for the club, as well as the first to represent Senya in the entire Serie A. Vankarlënœ, 24, previously played for FK Tiga in his homeland before making the move to the DaeZoom Arena after both clubs agreeing a fee of Cr 2.5M, with Ashkenatzi striker Moshe Heine going the other way in the process.
It will be a complete shock to the system for the 24 year old who captained Tiga, going from merely attending football trials earlier this year to potentially playing alongside the likes of World Cup champions and finalists such as Cyril Kopaczewski, René Sgarbini and Didinho. Although it is expected that Vankarlënœ will act as an understudy to Shirerithian national defender Fjalar Stefánsson, Matri insists that the player has been brought in and will be very much in the team's plans.
The manager told the Tellian press, "We have the Serie A, the WMFA Champions League and the Coppa di Tellia all to play for. I need to have a strong squad where every player can play a part each season. Rödë may not be the most experienced player in the World, but he has potential. If you put him alongside some of the best players on Micras, who knows what he can achieve."
It is believed that Rödë Vankarlënœ has chosen to take the number 16 shirt, as his favoured number 2 shirt is taken by Stefánsson.
A press conference for Senya TV is expected in due course to get the thoughts on behalf of the player, due to Vankarlënœ's inability to speak Tellian.

Following Rödë Vankarlënœ's move to Tellian side Vecchiacittà, Senya TV held a press conference with the player in the Senyan language. (Translated into English here)
Reporter: Well, Rödë, just two months ago you attended a football trial in Tiga, and now you've just signed for one of the biggest sides in the world! How do you feel?
RV: I'm lost for words. I really am. You grow up dreaming that one day you'll be playing for a big team like Vecchiacittà, but now that I am here, I'm just amazed. This is such a big club with world class players, and now that I'm part of that I'm really excited. I'm especially looking forward to learning from some of the world's best coaches and players, it's going to be an amazing experiance.
Reporter: Speaking of which, are you slightly nervous of playing with such big name players like Cyril Kopaczewski, René Sgarbini and Didinho?
RV: No, not at all! I'm really looking forward, as I said, to learning from them. It will be an honour playing with them, but I wouldn't say that I'm nervous.
Reporter: And what do you think of your new boss here?
RV: Luigi Matri in my mind is the best coach there is at the moment. He's a world class manager, and is such an insperational figure. It is going to be fantastic playing for him.
Reporter: Of course, you come here not having any knowledge of the Tellian language. How are you going to overcome the language barrier?
RV: I've started to learn it actually. I've just booked a Tellian tutor who hopefully will teach me how to speak Tellian. Of course, I know English too, so some of the guys may try to teach me via that. But yeah, it'll be tricky at first, but I'm sure I will be fine.
