Re: TelCom Tellian Serie A 2013-14 Transfers
TELLIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the escalating nature of the current transfer market, the Tellian Football Federation (otherwise known as the FGGC, Federazione Gaianiano Giuoco Calcio) have made the decision that from the 1st July 2013 (opening date of Tellian transfer window), Tellian football clubs will now be financially managed under a new system enforced.
Under this new system, Tellian clubs are required to possess a bank account affiliated to the Incontinentian Bank (trading as incónt.banq). Under these new guidelines, all financial related cases for each football club will be dealt with by incónt.banq under the jurisdiction of the Dominion Bank of Incontinentia. Due to the large amounts of money involved in transfers, the FGGC has concluded that the best way to handle and ensure that all finances going to each football club is legitimate, every team should have an account under incónt.banq, which offers more stability and transparent financial regulations.
At the end of the season, incónt.banq will charge a premium rate to every club on their profits/earnings from the year at a standard rate - this will be collected at the end of April every year at the fixed annual rate.
Furthermore, Tellian clubs will not be permitted to participate in any financial transaction using external accounts outside of Incontinentian regulations, as the federation believes that the stability, safe-governance and transparent nature cannot be matched elsewhere.

LVG SIGN FLAVIENCHINI IN ADDITION TO LOAN SIGNINGS
Les Verts Gaianiano have confirmed the signing of Cherry Trees goalkeeper Roberto Flavienchini for a fee expected to be around the Cr 5 million mark. Flavienchini, 31, was part of the Tellian World Cup winning squad in 2012 and having had his first team gametime cut over the course of last season, decided to move back to Tellia to play in the Serie A.
Despite being a Tellian national player for several years, the 31 year old shot stopper has never played professionally in the Tellian league, having previously played for NSV side New Saigon FC prior to joining CTFC. With the transfer window opening on Monday, it is expected that he will report in for club duty on that day in what is seen as a remarkable coup by the Vladimizrakh club.
In addition to the arrival of the Tellian keeper, LVG have snapped up two other players on loan.
With the close partnership with Cherry Trees FC, the Craitish club have sent 19 year old winger Markko Christiansen on loan to LVG. The winger, who swapped athletics for professional football, will look to seek first team football. However, the future of Marc Hjansen remains uncertain as a return to the Green outfit looks ever more unlikely. Hjansen, who spent last season on loan at LVG, was initially expected to return to the club this season; however Cherry Trees may look to capitalise on selling the defender.
Joining these two players will be Luigi Donatello. The 18 year old striker, an academy product of the FC Fiorecittà, made an immediate impact on his debut earlier last season but has fell down the pecking order due to off the field incidents and excellent form from team-mate Anthony Denoix-Moreau. The move comes surprising considering Zyx Dermäna's departure from the club, with the club seeking for a new manager.

FCF RE-SIGN ARMANDO UGGE FROM LVG
Only a minute past into the opening of the transfer window and FC Fiorecittà have wrapped up their first signing of the season, in what looks to be a major coup after convincing one of their former players to return to the club.
They have activated the clause to buy back Armando Uggè from Les Verts Gaianiano. Uggè, who finished as the league's highest goalscorer last season, previously left last year's runners-up in 2010, having been a product of the youth academy.
Despite efforts to retain the player, the Fiorecittans have activated the buy-back clause which was in the 23 year old's contract, allowing them to sign the player on a cut price deal. Although, there are escalating rumours that several other clubs may be interested, it seems that FCF club is the player's preferred choice, having been born and raised in Aspica.
The deal is expecting to be around a fee of Cr 4 Million, more than double what Les Verts Gaianiano initially paid for him when they signed him for Cr 1.5 Million. The arrival of Uggè to Fiorecittà will potentially see the partnership with Tellian team-mate Anthony Denoix-Moreau, although that may be up to the new manager and competition from Goran Vrhunc and Erin Jowasaki.

VECCHIACITTA COMPLETE SIGNING OF VALERIEN HERTZ
Vecchiacittà have completed their first signing of the window with Tellian right back Valérien Hertz. Hertz, who was part of the World Cup winning squad of 2012, has played his trade in Craitland with League 1 side Xäiville Teflons, but will be making a return to Tellia having stayed 3 seasons at the Craitish side.
With the departure of Fjalar Stefánsson to North Antartica, Hertz joins the club for a fee of Cr 10 million as the Teflons make another profit on another player they signed. The Tellian right back is expected to be a first choice starter in the squad and is expected to reunite with former boss Luigi Matri, as well as former LVG and Teflons team-mate Kristian Jentzsch.
The 25 year old will take the number 2 shirt vacated by the outgoing Stefánsson, wearing the same number that he usually wears for the national team.
