Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:Romero Sport's Craitish brothers have moved back to their home nation on season long loans. The sons of Craitland international and Cherry Trees legendary right-back Enzo Pellegrino, Alexis and Juan, have sealed deals to spend the remainder of the season at Cherry Trees and Kealb, respectively.
Right-sided Alexis, 21, has been picked-up by hometown side Cherry Trees for the rest of the campaign, and is expected to support Aprem Neil in the team despite being a regular for Romero in 2016. Alexis takes the club's number 12 jersey.
Juan, aged 20 and with a preference of playing down the left, has linked-up with Kealb following Lydveldt Loresen's loan abroad. He takes Loresen's vacated number 19, and is thought to be manager Peter Ula's first choice to start on the wing.

Craitman wrote:Two teams have completed their 25-man squads for the season a day before the transfer deadline by graduating CÓNECT youth players to the full teams.
Sverige Tiem have added central midfielder Jamie Mälent, 17, to their squad, alongside 18 year-old forward Iņvaär Petersen. Mälent is a strong midfielder who has become somewhat of a free-kick expert in the academies and will take the 25 shirt, while Petersen is a rapid striker who has no hesitancy in going-in for a challenge and has been given the club's number 18.
In a move which has drawn to an end one of the summer's favourite rumours, Xäiville Teflons have called goalkeeper Will Tór into their side. The 20 year-old's addition presumably leaves no space for old boy Tim Ula to return for the time-being, with Tór being tipped for a strong future and having the chance to play deputy to two highly experienced shot-stoppers at Xäiville. Tór is the Teflons' new number 13.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:As deadline day began on Friday, the first news of the morning broke the first intra-league transfer of the Craitish window as Hammish forward Jamie Mearns agreed terms on a Cr 3 million move from BäJ to HóC.
Mearns, 29, joined Biulya äqi Jedu in the summer of 2007 for Cr 1.5 million and spent his nine seasons in Craitland primarily as a squad rotation player despite a strong start to his spell. Mearns was included in four Hammish World Cup squads, scoring in 2008 and 2010's editions, and also has an EMU Championships goal to his name from two tournaments. The striker moved to Hänävissen-ó-Cräiteland with the hope of a change of fortunes, with the club's attacking inconsistencies an area he could improve, and linked-up with fellow Hamland international Eddie Winters. Mearns took the same 23 shirt that he wore at BäJ upon joining HóC, and left the Biulya side needing a player to fill their squad allocation after making no prior transfers this summer.

As was expected, the 2015 champions brought a centre-back into their squad by signing the 18 year-old from the CÓNECT academy. The stocky defender has a good positional sense and makes-up for a lack of height with his strength and tackling ability, and was given the 23 jersey.

Zekäbelóman Kahthajtensen completed their squad on deadline day with the progression of defender Dentólio K'amachh to their first team. The 17 year-old left-back took the number 19 and will play second choice to Shânu Mallawi in that position.
Eĵars Town, however, failed to fill their two vacant places with their sole youth addition. Right midfielder Sam Leverhjen joined the side as support for a relatively fluid and strong Eĵars midfield that includes Theo Sinclair and "Sława" Brzęczyszczykiewicz in wide positions. The 17 year-old was given the 19 shirt.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:The final transfer to be confirmed in League 1 at the end of the window was a massive one, with Eĵars Town breaking multiple records to bring one of Micras' best-known players to Marstadt.
With just under an hour before the deadline, the transfer of Alexandrian superstar Tamer Modrem was confirmed, first by the club he departed - Tellia's FC Fiorecittà - and then by Eĵars moments after. While a potential move away from Tellia was mooted by rumours earlier in the week, few would have shortlisted Eĵars as a final destination at the beginning of this window. With the departure of Ĵulian Ólsen - and to a lesser extent Francis Hjansen - however, the opportunity presented itself, and all parties agreed terms after a few hours' discussion on deadline day.
The fee for Modrem was revealed to be a staggering Cr 42 million, which makes the 25 year-old the second most expensive player in the history of Micrasian football, behind Lee Nam-Hwan's infamous Cr 60 million move in 2007. The fee is a considerable Cr 10 million more than the previous joint-second biggest; dwarfing the Cr 32 million spent on Daniel Perry and Pasquale di Montezemolo in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Modrem's move was primarily funded by the Cr 30 million Eĵars received for Ólsen and Hjansen's dual departure, which more than doubled the club's funds from the initial Cr 25 million awarded by the CrFA to League 1 sides each summer for transfer dealings.
Modrem is expected to be a guaranteed starter for the side as they look to bring themselves into a realistic position to challenge for the League 1 title, and while Ólsen will be a big miss for the team's midfield, Modrem is a world-class player with experience almost every player would be enviable of. Modrem takes the club's 8 shirt, last worn by Ólsen and matching that which he wears internationally.
Modrem's former club FC Fiorecittà are now notable better-off financially, on top of a few further outgoing moves to Craitland - Modrem being the seventh player this summer to move from Tellia to Craitland - and have given Riccardo Ganau the club captaincy which Modrem previously held.
