With the chance of Romero's wide-man Juan Pellegrino being loaned to Kealb growing ever stronger after Lydveldt Loresen's loan abroad leaving the side in need of a left-winger, his elder brother Alexis could also be making his way to League 1 with Cherry Trees reportedly interested. Of course, the ties between Pellegrino's father Enzo, who played for Cherry Trees his entire career, and the club are an inevitable source of the rumour, Alexis' talent is well-known and Cherry Trees are always on the look-out for good young Craits.
On the subject of young Craits in Tellia, goalkeeper Tim Ula has been linked with a return to his old club of Xäiville Teflons this summer. After a Cr 10 million move last year to FC Fiorecittà, the stopper's hometown club may be willing to pay a considerable amount more this year to bring him back. While Valencian Daniel Palazio is the champions' first choice, at 35 he is nearing the end of his prime, and deputy Serge F'ermo is himself 34. Ula, at 26, would be a long-term investment who has an affinity with the club, but would come at a cost to complete their 25-man squad for the season.
Finally, whispers have revealed an outside possibility of Alexandrian star Tamer Modrem leaving FC Fiorecittà. While reportedly settled at the Tellian side, after six seasons there with no international honours to show for - achievements which the FCF fans believe are their birthright - the club may listen to offers should they be hefty enough. As one of Micras' most celebrated players and coming into the peak of form at the age of 25, a massive sum would be likely to kick-start a move away from Tellia. Whether or not any Craitish teams will hedge their bets on that approach being successful will have to be seen to be believed before the October deadline, however.
