Mullen bring in Djangirov

Mullen Albion have signed Kalgachi midfielder and free agent Alkhat Djangirov ahead of his nation's 2018 Benacia Cup campaign. Djangirov competed in the 2016 edition for spiritual predecessors Karalakh, where the then-21-year-old achieved a fourth-place finish. The move comes after Albion paid Cr 1 million for Bisminster Harriers' Matthew Danvers, who narrowly missed out on reaching the Third League play-offs last season.

Tahir takes on Mercury challenge

Birgesh striker Çengiz Tahir will link up with Mercury League outfit Cook Island after this year's CiboTap having agreed a Cr 7.5 million move from his home nation. The 24 year-old moves shortly after the beginning of this summer's CTFA showcase, a year after a strong World Cup showing, where he found the net against Gotzborg and performed well in the Birgesh front trio.

To offset what can certainly be considered a knocked down transfer fee, with Tahir highly-rated, two Mercurian youth players have made their way to Mëzal Birlæşňi. Midfielder Ellis Kaur, 17, and forward Ben Barrett, 19, will ply their trade in the B-Lig from next season as Tahir looks forward to linking-up with Wilmont Fizeau-Blake.

Matt Fitzgerald moves to Tow Law

Premier League champions Tow Law have made their first signing of the summer, bringing in international striker Matt Fitzgerald for a domestic record fee of Cr 18 million. Fitzgerald said of the move "I'm excited to come to such a big club and play alongside some very good players instead of against them. The prospect of adding to my trophy cabinet is a big draw as well."

With Fitzgerald having to compete for a starting place against Caputia international Andrew Miller and Mercury captain Joe Foxon, speculation is rife as to whether one of the two is no longer content at the club, with some sources claiming that Foxon is looking for a move abroad, and with Cherry Trees offloading a number of players during the window, bookmakers are offering very short odds on a move taking place this summer.

Foxon denies transfer rumours

Tow Law and Mercury captain Joe Foxon has played down speculation that an imminent move is on the cards, following the signing of Matt Fitzgerald earlier today. Foxon told MeTV Sports "I've not been contacted by any other clubs and I'm still happy to be winning trophies here. They usually say that the first trophy is the best one, but for me, to keep them coming in is much better. I've got a lot more trophies to win during my career, both for my club and my country."

Bohemians make double-Napian signing

Bohemian Rhapsodies have made their first moves of this window, with experienced North Antarctica forward Jonathan Fiorentino switching League 1 for the Premier League, with the Bohemians shelling out Cr 12 million. They splashed out further on defender Efrain Azacuelpa, also from Real Murcia, in an attempt to bolster their back-four. Azacuelpa, along with Fiorentino, finished third in this year's CiboTap Championship, coming on twice as a substitute, and Real Murcia's demands were met as they received another Cr 10 million for Azacuelpa's services.

The double-move comes ahead of the Bohemians' pré-saison tour of Mercury's Southern territories, with Ranheim Rensdyr appearing first on the schedule on Tuesday evening.
