Northcliff United sign highly-rated national team goalkeeper for world record fee

Northcliff United has made shockwaves in the worldwide transfer market as they sign national team goalkeeper Tom Ward for a whopping Cr18.5 million from Stonehall Hotspur setting a new world record for purchasing a goalkeeper. Tom Ward who has just turned 22 was by far the best goalkeeper in Super League Football last season and was one of the main factors in Stonehall's great season which saw them reach the Florian League Cup final and qualify for the AEFA Cup. Tom Ward has been second string to Patrick Marshall in the Florian national side however has proved serious competition to Marshall and he made his international debut against Florian Eura on Edwin Farrar day. The signing of Tom Ward means that Northcliff will not be looking to buy goalkeepers overseas.

Northcliff United complete Cr22 million swap deal for Laskowski.
After many months of interest in the forward, Northcliff United have finally signed Freelander generational talent, Robert Laskowski for a total fee of Cr 22.5 million and Chris Dola, who has been out of favour at the Florian superclub. A clause of Cr 5 million has also been included if Northcliff United win the AEFA Champions' League in the next two years.

The 22-year-old prolific goalscorer joins the club who are in the hunt to reach the AEFA Champions' League final for the first time and win a domestic treble at the end of the season. Robert was instrumental to Freeland's success at the FMF World Cup last year in Birgeshir bagging three goals in five games against quality opposition and is expected to put up similar numbers at Northcliff United.
Robert Laskowski is expected to make his full United debut against either Oldhaven Rangers on the 1st February or Celtic FC Oldhaven on the 8th February.
