Nelaga's death
Nelaga is dead. It dissolved on the 14th of this month.
There appears to be discrepancy between:
the fact that some 60 thousand currency units are still registered in "Nelaga".
Resolution was passed more than two weeks ago. What is a reasonable time for account holders to move their accounts? Have 20 000 units been donated to the Shirerithian Treasury? Has anything been donated? Is this clause even legal under the treaty that we bound ourselves to?
Many are the questions, no answers have so far been heard.

andGovernment Dissolution Resolution, last clause wrote:- All accounts registered in Nelaga on the SCUE bank shall be transferred to the nation of their owner's choosing, and 20 000 μ of the assets of the Department of Greed shall be donated to the Shirithian Imperial Treasury to assist in the development of their economy, and in recognition of the fact that a number of Nelagan citizens still exist in other nations. The rest shall be donated to the SCUE to establish a fund for such purposes as they see fit.

Your main answer is this. I'm still on LOA. As for the question of treaty - in the part of the Nelagan resolution you quoted you can very clearly see that it's in the spirit of the treaty - the whole thing is premised on keeping the amount of money in circulation roughly comparable to the number of people in the economy - proxied by the joining and leaving of nations. In this case, the hobby didn't lose any people, so it doesn't need to lose money (though some of the old accounts like BGI will be deleted anyway).

Re: Nelaga's death
But, since I finally got the bank working on my lousy mobile internet, I went through and processed the rest of the Nelagan accounts. I'm leaving off deleting the other dead countries until I have a proper chunk of time (and proper internet again), since the process is rather mechanical and tedious and it shouldn't be too hard to program an admin page to do it - I'd rather wait, program the page, then use it to delete stuff in one click, than go through it myself.

Oh, don't worry. I just think a lot :p
New Victoria may not be dead but they have left the treaty (or so they say) so we may want to ask for some confirmaiton on that. It's a lot of money involved too.

A lot of money, yes, but never used - apart from one account and the government one, all the citizens just have 2000 SCUE currency units in their accounts (which is what I suggested was a good base amount to start with - they clearly haven't used it beyond giving out starting money).
