Re: Council's new look
Calbion wishes to notify to the Council that it no longer has trust in its junior councilor. The reason for this is that the junior councilor has consistently been voting on open votes, even when the requirements of Part B.6. of the Charter are not fulfilled. Below you will find the latest example, but there are many more to be found. The MCS should not condone any of its members to act contrary to the Charter on multiple occasions. As such, Calbion requests that the position of the junior councilor shall be reconsidered.

Re: Council's new look
Jingdao remains to have confidence in Jonas. He states explicitly that his vote should only be counted if another member is inellgible, the only thing this does is speed up the process should this be the case.
Re: Council's new look
Calbion does not agree with this reasoning, the junior should not vote unless one of the other members is ineligible or has indicated not to vote. Thus, voting should not be done by the junior councilor in any other case. The MCS charter also does not provide for preliminary non-counting votes. Calbion wants a council composed of people who know the Charter and act accordingly. This junior councilor has proven not to be such a person.

Re: Council's new look
I think the Council can police its junior member just fine by ourselves. Thanks for the imput.

Re: Council's new look
I'm well aware of my position as junior member and my inability to vote whenever if no council member is unable to vote. I was, by the way, the only junior member candidate who pointed this out when the council had to be chosen. As the honourable member of Calbion would have noticed, as his reading skills are deemed sufficient enough to read a charter, this is also always included in the message.
With this way of voting I'm simply trying to hasten the voting process in case one of our members is ineligible to vote. I would think this is something any member state of the MCS would applaud. But if it makes the honourable Calbionese representative happy: I shall henceforth add my potential vote in a 'spoiler' tag. This is something the Council just agreed upon, to protect the feeble minds of the Calbain due to my slanderous acts.

Re: Council's new look
The Charter does not provide for spoilers or for junior councilors to seek their own ways in "trying to hasten the voting process". Calbion expects from all MCS councilors to abide to the wording of the Charter, hence the lack of confidence.
If the council of the MCS wishes to implement such a process, I trust that an amendment to the Charter will be put before its members.

I trust that the council will do so, but in accordance with Part D.5. members have their right to withdraw confidence.

You have a right to withdraw confidence, but it only makes you look petty. I don't really see why we should put tentative voting in spoiler tags in the Charter.

Re: Council's new look
I really think it's a disastrous idea to penalise someone for attempting to be proactive, when a simple "please stop it" would suffice.

LOL, imput is obviously not a word. Kudos for finding some stub among all the google hits that showed exactly that.Malliki wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 1:18 pmhttps://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/imput

My concern is only that the junior member doesn't adhere to the Charter. That this happen does not inspire confidence, hence Calbion's withdrawal of confidence. It's rather straightforward and your personal opinion in this matter remains irrelevant.
If that is the opinion of the council, perhaps an opportunity for doing so should be added to the Charter.

It's certainly not unbiased. The Calbain delegation tends to scrutinise the actions of a junior councilor like yourself - of low character and with a history of plagiarism, childish behaviour and theft of intellectual property - a little more harshly than others.Jonas Windsor wrote: ↑Sat Jan 23, 2021 9:58 pmI thank you for your constructive and unbiased input, sir. This junior councillor hasn't ragequit yet, so he has that going for him at least, if nothing else.

I would kindly ask you to go to the Cod's Leg if you want to proceed 'discussing' like you're doing now. This is, as far as I can see, a topic meant to discuss the council. You have made your point, are allowed to look for people who share your view but those personal attacks are simply meant to stir arguments for arguments sake.
Personally, I think you have said what you needed/wanted to say already (most likely because you can't spout your poisonous attacks to me through discord anymore, which must be rather frustrating for someone like you who seeks this kind of attention) and advise you to do something constructive instead of repeating yourself over and over with personal and petty attacks. This is, of course, something you will most likely not do...
If you simply want to make your case: it's up to you to gather support for a withdrawal of confidence and gain a majority. I wish you luck, but please do so with some decorum. You don't have to act as an asshole every time you open your mouth, you know (yeah, yeah, type on your keyboard).

Careful on the keyboard Jonas! Don't want to waste time on attention seeking do we?
Personally I think plagiarising the work of others and adding some dumb story that is supposed to show why you could use my design for yourself on the wiki is quite an asshole move. You've also consistently been engaging in personal attacks, so don't act like you are some kind of saint when you've shown your true face.
