claims
I would like to request a reason why Kavalos's latest claim is still waiting to be sorted when nations like Licentia who only posted their claim yesterday have now had their claim accepted. Kavalos has been waiting for about a month for this to be sorted and still nothing has been done. I have been told that its in the voting process however if council members have been on and spent time voting on the claim for Licentia then why have they not also looked at a claim posted a 21 days ago?
Please can I have an answer?

Favouritism? In the case of Licentia that's just gauche slander. They've been here about a week ffs.

Marc, it's like this. We have 5 members of council. n is the number of inactive council members at any given time. If n>3 claims halt unless l (number of council members on declared LOA) is >2. If a claim is obvious, it requires only 3 of the 5 council members to vote - 3 ayes. If a claim isn't obvious, one of those council members might vote Nay or just Abstain. In that case, it requires 4 votes to pass ... and if n >=2 that takes some time ...
