Enquiry
As you are all probably aware I do follow the affairs of the MCS and some of their decisions. This decision and the rationale behind it is particularly of some concern.Due to inactivity if I recall: it was on the brink so they joined up with Elwynn. As it stands, the total imperium of EAH is actually massive. So yes, they are active and their current level of activity suits their current size quite well, but any more would be excessive in my opinion. In good conscience I could not say anything other than NAY. Indeed it is a tough call, but I think they have enough land for their activity levels considering they're neither Shireroth nor Babkha.
May I ask the board under what rule Shireroth and Babkha are excluded from the ordinary norms of the rules on expansion?

Re: Enquiry
I don't know about Babkha, but there did used to be a rule in the charter saying that Shireroth couldn't expand and that no nation was permitted to be larger than them. But we have a new charter now which doesn't include anything like that about specific nations. In fact, we've accepted Shirerithian expansions in the past, and with Elwynn's secession, Gralus are almost certainly larger than Shireroth now.
Perhaps Nick was eluding to that accepting EAH's expansion would make them larger than Babkha and/or Shireroth (which it would considering Natopia are reliant on them as a protectorate (despite the separate colour), and both Babkha and Shireroth were more active than EAH over the past month (Shireroth five times so, actually). I have a feeling this is what was being referred to, which would indeed make it a valid argument for denying the expansion
