Los Bay Petros
Greetings,
This is my first engagement on Micras again since the Los Bay Petros has declared a state of low activity on early 2013 becuase of the our high school National Exam that occured last May (sorry for no announcement or such). We already saw that our Tanah Baru territory map has been removed by the MCS, and our parliament decide to ask a understanding statement by the MCS why our territory is removed.
We're sorry that in the past months we are not active in online matters, but it doesn't mean we are already gone. Maybe you can ask me on Facebook or so before considering your decisions. Thank you for your understanding.

Re: Los Bay Petros
It's the same rule for everyone. If you go inactive for three months, you get removed. After that you get a month to claim back your old territory without having to worry about other people claiming it. After that, other people are allowed to make claims on your old land, but you can still return on what's left of it, or somewhere else.

Upon claiming on Micras, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the organisation's Charter. The Charter states that the Council has the power to vote to remove nations which have a sustained three month period of inactivity - that of no forum posts and/or no wiki edits. As can be seen in the voting thread for LBP's removal at the start of last month, your MicroWiki edits from the previous three months were taken into account and the Council voted to remove LBP.RianLBP wrote:We already saw that our Tanah Baru territory map has been removed by the MCS, and our parliament decide to ask a understanding statement by the MCS why our territory is removed.
We appreciate that some nations, particularly those based in the MicroWiki community, conduct affairs offline, but as an internet-based organisation, the MCS's work can only rely on what occurs online. As a common courtesy, we notify nations of any impending forced reductions or removals (normally via forum post or email), which I did through the contact form on the foreign affairs section of your website (as I felt that would be the most guaranteed way of contacting the relevant department). I apologise if this means was an inadequate way to inform you.
Assuming your online activity has returned to its previous levels, you are more than welcome to submit a claim for LBP to return to Micras, which the Council would vote on as before. Being removed from Micras does not mean you cannot reclaim; a number of nations have done so over the past couple of years.
Once again, I apologise that my notification of LBP's removal did not reach you, and I hope you can understand the situation. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask!
