Bank Error: "Proper" Accounts
There was an unfortunate bank error which accidentally changed the country of all accounts who are registered in the province "Proper" within their respective countries (which is the default province for countries with no provinces). I've put them all back in the countries they belong to the best of my ability; but people should double check their accounts if they are in one of the following countries and they don't think it's an account name I'd recognise.
Countries affected: Elwynn, Hamland, IIR, Natopia, Walker Democracy.

Re: Bank Error: "Proper" Accounts
To avoid this occurring in the future, I have renamed all Proper subdivisions to have a unique name (eg Proper Nat for Natopia, Proper TWD for the Walker Democracy etc.)
