How do we want to handle this.
Someone requested an 'API' for the bank allowing outside programs to interact with it. Assuming someone pays for the work, I'm going to do it.
To go with this I am going to have the bank generate API keys that someone must present to the bank for an interaction to happen.
1. Do we want the admin to hand these out manually. There would be a utility to generate and log them for you. All you have to do is create it and hand it out.
2. Do we want this to be automated, so that someone with a Business account can just have one created for them by the bank itself.
3. Do we want to charge for an API key? (supply and demand)
4. If so, who gets the money?
5. Should an API key have an expiration date? (see 3)

Application Programming Interface, or API, is a way to give programmers a possibility for their apps to interact with a bigger platform or system - in this case, give them the possibility to transfer funds or to get the app's/institution's bank account. It might be used to make virtual casinos (with non-existent money, FBI, don't be alarmed ;P ), external banks which use their clients money to give them revenue, kiosks with newspapers and stuff. And maybe even to have the tax declaration automated.

I'm a little worried about banks.... but yes. Businesses and casinos and stuff. Right now all I'm supporting is transfers. I will likely support more options as time goes on.
But yes. How do we want to handle how and who we give access to the Interface?
