Tarsica distance from Micras

Hello. I am curious as to the distance from Micras to Tarsica. If possible, we wish to colonise a small amount of Tarsica. Not until the future, though. Thank you for your answers!

Tarsica is similar to Earth's Moon, possibly in this matter, too. Colonising 'a small area' of it is prohibited, though - nations are allowed to keep a permanent base, but not able to have their color on Tarsica's map.
Moon Law by Earthen United Nations should clarify the things that are unwrtitten law here.

Might not be a bad idea to develop a charter similar to the MCS.
