World Rugby Super League
Following the 2012 Rugby League World Cup, I have decided to set up a league competition, open to clubs across Micras. Each nation may enter up to 6 clubs for the qualifying tournament, which will decide which clubs end up in which division.
The structure will be:
Super League - (8 clubs)
The top eight clubs in the qualifying tournament will enter the Super League. At the end of the season, the top four clubs will enter the playoffs, and the bottom club will enter the relegation playoff against the winner of the promotion Semi-Final in the lower division.
Super League East/West - (16 clubs, 2 divisions of 8 )
The next 16 highest placed clubs will enter the East/West divisions. At the end of the season, the top club from each division will playoff against each other to decide who plays against the bottom club from Super League. The bottom club(s) from each division may be relegated if more leagues are formed.
The goal is to have a starting group of 24 clubs, split into this structure. After the first season, lower divisions may be added, depending on interest.
Should a nation die while it has clubs in the league, the club shall complete the season, before being replaced by extra promoted teams in the lower division, or newly added clubs.
Mercury will send 6 clubs to the qualifying tournament:
Cook Island Cobras
Deacon RLFC
May RLFC
Mercury RLFC
Taylor Sporting Club
Tow Law Tigers

Re: World Rugby Super League
As you well know, I'm up for this!
Craitland will enter all four of its clubs as we lack a domestic league of our own:
CT Hornets
KóS Devils
Southern Aztecs
Tiem Hearts
If you need any more info, just ask!

Re: World Rugby Super League
We just need two more clubs now to have the 24, or if someone wants four/six clubs, we can have 26/28 teams There's always room for even more too

If we don't hear from Novatainia/A1/Frazenland/anyone else from countries where rugby is popular, I'm sure I can persuade Kyo-Jima and Zandarijn to submit a team each

Safiria might fancy it Incontinentia could have a team too
Re: World Rugby Super League
Maybe I can give two teams if we hear nothing from the others: one from Passas (Zidado West Raiders) and Taeland (Ersoy Bucaneers)

Re: World Rugby Super League
So we currently have 28 teams, I think I can get four more, but it'll take a bit of time. We can start the qualifying in about a month
The leagues will have 12, 10 and 10 teams in them, with two relegations from the Super League and one promotion each from the lower leagues.
