FRFL to introduce dual registration system.

The FRFL, the governing body of Florian rugby league can officially confirm that a dual registration system will be introduced. In this system, a player is registered with his current club but can also play a club in a lower league. The system will most benefit young Florian Super League players to develop them through first-team experience elsewhere.
The FRFL hopes this system will benefit Florian rugby league as a whole and that the system will be successful in the future.
