Also, I think your qualifying format will only leave 10 teams in the finals. Are there some play-off places for the teams finishing third or something?

Yea because of the member changes, the new format will be the top two advancing and then a two legged playoff between the third place teams to make the 11th and 12th sides.
Can someone tell me who Zhongjing are now?
