[Nova Caradia] Application for membership

On behalf of the Republic of Nova Caradia, President Pândi Procescu sends warm greetings to the MTO and presents the following membership application:

Official name of Applicant State: The Republic of Nova Caradia
Common/informal name of Applicant State: Nova Caradia
Head of State: President Pândi Procescu
Head of Government: Prime Minister Milana Împotriva
Name of MTO Representative: Dragomir Icărușîi
Main Forum/Wiki/Website of the Applicant State: Wiki
Reason for joining the MTO: To engage in productive discussion with other nations for the betterment of foreign relations and ensurement of international peace.

The President has signed the General Membership Treaty, and stands ready to sign the following additional treaties should this application be accepted:

• Small Treaty of Non-Aggression
• Convention on the Establishment of a Commonwealth Court
• Convention on the Laws of the Seas
