Notes: OOC: As the council knows, a claim in the Skerries was removed from the most recent expansion. Now, with the departure of Sanpantul, this will be added. Alperen has indicated to vacate the area.
IC: The Skerries have been part of the Calbain maritime network since the colonisation of Port Impregnable. The Calbain government in exile took presence on the island now claimed following the installation of Jingdaoese direct rule. The island was granted the status of an autonomous region of Coastalis for some time. Now Calbain presence in the Skerries is once again reasserted.
Additionally, the name of Sant Paula is Calbified, and the extension is changed from [CAL] to [Calbion] in line with the other Crown Colonies
