[Backstory] Infiltration
The Story of Vjk. Andrej Kejzar, Sniper in the Ocian Special Purpose Unit
PART I
PART I
As I sit here in this mildy depressing windowless disguised C130 in the small hours of the morning preparing to perhaps undertake the most perilous mission any member of the Ocian Special Purpose Unit of the ODF has ever taken, I am filled with thoughts of self reflection. For all one knows it’s my own mind’s subconscious preparation for death. Death- it’s something I’ve gotten used to, and as I discovered several times on several operations it’s simply something that no longer frightens me, with my calling it’s something which must be accepted. Some were born to be athletes, some to be great scientists and engineers but I- like my grandfather and his father- was born to be a warrior, and as I discovered throughout the duration of the most physically and mentally challenging days of my life, my Special Forces Training, I posses an undying loyalty to the motherland and a Do or Die Spirit which no torture can ever defeat this has undoubtedly comforted me during the heat of battle and has ensured my confidence once the bullets start to fly, I will certainly need this reassurance in the coming weeks.
With these thoughts in mind, I can’t help but wonder what my old friends from Gimnazije (Highschool) are doing at this instance. Probably sitting in a cubicle many time zones away working for an Ocian energy giant waiting for their next promotion, their next opportunity to climb the corporate ladder. Their thoughts and concerns are most likely with their young families and paying the bills. To be honest I often find myself contemplating on where my life would be had I chose to sheer myself in the direction of an average Ocian from my town. My teachers would always call me a hard worker and a well motivated student, I was often told that ‘the sky is the limit’ when it came to my future. Had I not chose this 'calling' I believably would not know what falling asleep to the sound of mortar fire entrenched in a spider-hole is like, I probably would not know the look of terror in the eyes of a perishing conscript dying in the most violent and horrific way was like. However, sooner or later during these so called moments of contemplation I snap back to reality and realize that I could never live such a predictable and mundane lifestyle, I would dread it terribly. As much as my old friends would like to think, this is not because I’m a adrenaline junkie or because I seek to be recognized as a hero, its because I feel a deep calling which I can not explain to follow the footsteps of my grandfather and his father, to defend our motherland whose existence is always threatened- and apart from the military-esque rhetoric I’ve been taught to recite if someone asks me that very question, its because for some reason I can’t explain this lifestyle appeals to me. Perhaps its from the days which now seem like they were ages ago, during my upbringing in my modest hometown Posavje in the North-Western are of the homeland amidst the Ocian Alps. I was born into a fairly average Ocian family. My father was a worker at our local Gründer Industries arammanets manufacturing plant for some 25 years and my mother stayed at home and took care of her 4 children, me being the second oldest of 4 boys. I was never really close with my father; he worked night shifts and would go to work while we were sleeping. None the less his death at young age of 55 was a devastating blow in my life. Perhaps the greif was not for the loss but for what I never had. He was very well liked by the people of my town for his activism within our local cell of Ocian Socialist party for worker’s rights. He, like many Ocians was also a strong supporter of our President Matija KovaÄ who was born in our area.
In his place my role models became my grandparents who often looked after me and my other siblings once my mother was forced to find work. It was from my grandparents where I developed a strong Ocian Patriotism and enduring loyalty to our Federation since their stories from serving in the ‘Great Patriotic War†against the evils of Micras nearly a half a century before I was born inspired me to yearn to defend our Federation just as they had decades before.
When I turned 18 and the time arose for me to commence my mandatory military service for the Federation, I was thrilled and received high commendations, and even an exemplary soldiers certificate from the Premorska Alpine Brigade Commander Col. Koloff. These months as a young conscript in the Ocian Defence Forcees molded a previously unformed young man, into a confident and strong person- both mentally and physically and when the time of graduation from my Secondary School came, I had no doubt where my calling was. I applied and was swiftly accepted into Ocia’s legendary Special Purpose Unit (SPU) of the Ocian Defence Forces. I arrived at Regiment’s Headquarters outside of Ourid and began my gruelling Special Forces training, which involved weeks of learning about Climbing, operating foreign weapons, guerrilla warfare, hand to hand combat and much more. There were many instances during these long months of training in all conditions all around Micras that felt as if I could not carry on, but duringthose most challenging moments I just had to glare at our invincible regiment's slogan, ‘Persevere, Endure, Outlast and Conquer.’

Re: [Backstory] Infiltration
If this is the alleged Ocian 'infiltration' which Jess tells me is supposed to result in a nuclear bomb under Kolmenitzkiy, then you're more than welcome to it.
Notably, Matt, because Nuclear and Chemical warfare are prohibited under the charter by which we're fighting this war.

No it isn’t, I was playing with Jess' head to prove he’s both easily manipulated and is spying. I'd like to notify the judge that Jess has been trying to spy under the direction of Ashkenatza by claiming he really is on Ocia's side, I'd like to stress that this is a grave infringement of the charter and should be investigated.
Re: [Backstory] Infiltration
Ashkenatza hasn't ever engaged in espionage activities and even if we did, we wouldn't use Jess because he's not even an Ashkenatzi citizen. I honestly have no idea what he's up to.
Sorry if I got my facts wrong, then.
